I am still learning how to use the editing tools. It is a bit complex but the camera and video images are top notch ... So if I get it wrong I just start over. Very easy to use and fits right in the pocket for travel. I wish they had a class on this as the on line videos are still a bit over my head but I'm getting there. Coolest camera ever.

The Inst360 camera has been fun to use. The camera’s image stabilization impressed me most. I attached the camera to my mobility scooter and went for a “walk” around the neighborhood. I was worried about the video recording as I saw the camera swaying atop the extended pole mount while I went over sidewalk joints. I was extremely pleased to see that the resulting video was smooth as butter. What can be overwhelming is the amount of accessories that can be purchased to mount and use the camera, but that’s also a good thing since there’s so many use applications. I would like to see a car headrest mount made so I can have the camera directly above the center of my mobility scooter. The camera feels very solid in-hand and well-built. The phone app works well. The Insta360 GPS watch-like accessory is not necessary but does offer solid GPS data to the camera and frees up your phone from having to do that job. The customizable GPS data overlays on the video are really cool to view speed and other stats while the video plays. I’m still experimenting with Google Street View uploads and my suggestion is to set the appropriate time zone to match what time the GPS satellites overhead are using so there won’t be time conflicts that may result in an upload error to Street View. Seeing your imagery on Google Street View is fun and it’s great being able to contribute data of parks, trails, parking lots, and streets that may have no Street View data or no recent data. The Insta360 team are great in responding and assisting with issues and that is reassuring for such a big investment. Lastly, the battery life compared to the size of the camera is great.

Perfection! Easy to operate, saves me $ and opens up all kinds of opportunity for us when filming our community videos, business spotlights and our homes we list for sale. Used it the other day to create a 3D home tour with Asteroom who created a 3d dollhouse and floor plans...my clients are psyched. May have to fire my videographer soon haha.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great device that works as advertised. But: you need a POWERFUL computer or phone to edit footage.
Everything has been working very well so far. About 2 weeks of taking random footage walking, cycling, and some tripod timelapse footage.You need a powerful computer to edit videos. Recommended RAM is 32GB. Sometimes video projects won't finalize properly, or at all. Transitions and edit can go missing or get messed up, and a few times the final video was cut short.None of this is the fault of the camera itself, though I'm sure the insta360 Studio software could use optimization, and it should have ALL the same features as the phone app!My phone won't even attempt to edit videos with the insta360 app. It tells me straight up it doesn't have the performance and won't even make an attempt to edit.This may have focused on more negatives than positives, but I stand by the 5 star rating. Everything works perfectly and as expected, there are a ton of features and the images are all high-quality. They perfected the X series cameras with this. Longer battery life and built-in/removable/replaceable lens protectors are great. I've never had overheating issues yet, filming mostly on a bike going 10-16mph (16kph-25.75kph) in sunny, 74F (23.33C) weather.
4.0 out of 5 stars Seemless 3D Photos, easy, image a bit noisy in sub-perfect lighting
Bought the X4 360 to create 3D virtual tours, after trying to use 360-pano-stitch apps on my excellent new Samsung phone... the apps I was using did an 85% good job with stitching but I really wanted a 100% great option.The Good:- Flawless 360 Photos (stitching-wise)- Easy to use- Good battery life- Nice color- Disappearing selfie stick.. neat.. it works!The Less-good:- App "live view" periodically is glitchy and not refreshing well.. captured image is fine though- Grain shows in the image when used indoors if not perfectly bright lighting. I attribute this to the 1/2" sensor size instead of larger 1" ... this kinda stinks :(- When creating my tour, I used the official selfie-stick to hold the camera (and app to trigger), but the small tripod screwed into the base still showed (would love for it to magically make that disappear too if possible). Still amazing the selfie-stick vanishes :-)

Great bundle for sports and travel use.
Love it! Not as easy as you think holding onto a 1.2m stick while snowboarding but the video and photos are worth it. Very easy to use. The app to edit takes some practice and getting used to. I paid 649 plus tax 730 CAD for the snowboard bundle. Came with the lighter Carbon “Action selfie stick”, 360 Camera, one battery, Camera Zipper Pouch, Standard lens Protectors, hard plastic shell case, soft microfibre cloth wipe and a silicone camera protector that goes over top of camera. Haven’t had use for silicone protector as it doesn’t fit in the camera bag supplied. The picture quality is great the only thing that sucks is the lens protectors. If you get snow spray or anything on camera it makes it under lens protectors easily ( no gasket just 1/4 screw on and clicks ) and camera gets foggy or water droplets. So you have to stop on ski run take of protectors and dry with cloth and re apply. I would stop every so often and check. A little bulky in coat when not in use but I found I wouldn’t even notice it. The selfie stick fits in my goggle pocket in my coat and wouldn’t fall out.

LA caméra de sport
Pour moi c'est la meilleur caméra de sport. La qualité est extraordinaire et elle m'accompagne partout (ski de rando, voyage, bivouac...). Tellement de possibilité que je ne pourrais pas toutes les citer. Vous n'avez pas de drones mais vous voulez des plans drones ? Avec cette caméra c'est possible. Vous ne savez pas comment cadrer ? Filmer et vous pourrez recadrer comme vous voulez après depuis l'application.Attention, pensez à utiliser une bonne carde micro sd pour avoir une bonne qualité et pour pouvoir utiliser toutes les possibilités de cette merveilles. (Perso j'utilise un micro sd V60)
