Previously I had purchased another brand that was not glycinate. Both of my doctors in house pharmacists prefer magnesium glycinate because it has different types of magnesium.For me, I finally found something that I don’t choke on. This requires 4 capsules daily to reach the maximum amount listed. That’s ok.The pharmacists both recommended magnesium due to extreme insomnia and anxiety. (Major house repairs that have taken far too long. It’s an insurance job).I honestly can’t say if it’s helping my sleep yet, but I’ve often had low magnesium levels. I’ll do an edit when I’ve figured out if it’s help my sleep.

I really appreciate finding a small and easy to swallow magnesium pill. I had a different brand stuck in my throat and it was so painful. It was four times as large as these. These are great for those people that have trouble swallowing large Chucky pills.
