I love a good silicone based ice tray! These are amazing. Convenient, easy to use, decent price point, and the lids are excellent. These are great to have on hand for water refills. The cubes are good sized and they come out easily. Love them. Recommend.

Because of the soft bottom, they are super easy to pop the ice cubes out of! And the larger cubes are great! I have tried many others and they were impossible to get out once frozen. There are smaller trays like this by another seller- I have those as well- 15 small cubes to each tray with a green soft bottom on the trays. I'm very happy now!

I do not review a lot of products and I certainly didn't think I would ever be writing one for ice cube trays! However, I drink a particular brand of peach tea in my favorite 24 ounce insulated bottle and I used to fill it up with ice every morning topping it off once typically late in the day. Unfortunately I really do not enjoy the peach tea when it gets watered down (which typically happens during the coarse of the night). Also, my wife and I go through a fair amount of ice during a month.One morning, after my tea was fairly watered down I dumped out the remaining tea in my bottle and it dawned on me..... what if I make my own "ice", if I could find a couple of ice cube trays that would make large cubes (just big enough to fit in my wide-mouthed bottle, say about 1 3/4") using the peach tea instead of water?After a very brief search I found these trays on Bolo and decided to give them a try. I admit I was a little skeptical of trying to make my own "ice" using trays of any kind because I had tried it in the past and had ended up breaking every hard plastic (relatively stiff) ice cube tray we had. Over time the trays would become brittle and would ultimately crack when I would "flex" the trays to remove the frozen cubes. That's where these trays come in!The soft, flexible, bottoms of these particular ice cube trays make removing the "ice" extremely easy whether I only need to remove one cube at a time or all of them at once! In addition, each tray comes with a plastic top so you can stack them and you do not have to worry about spilling, as long as you have fairly steady hands, or worry about any of the "ice" (or tea) in the bottom tray sticking to the bottom of the top tray!!These ice cube trays are very easy to use and I no longer have to worry about my tea becoming watered down. So, whether you are just looking to make your own ice cubes, or want to use them to make cubes of a different "flavor" like me, these trays work great!

These are the best manual ice cube trays I've owned. The covered rigid tray with soft silicone bottoms for each cube compartment produce nice, large ice cubes that are easily popped out of the tray. The tray cover is important if you don't empty the cubes frequently --- prevents evaporation and "freezer taste" in cubes left too long in the tray.

I started out with a dark color set of trays that were soft all over. They are bigger than these but had a chemical smell that never went away and got into the ice cubes. These are smaller, not a good thing for me, but they are free of any smell and come out of the tray easy (after you let them seat for one minute).These trays are semi-hard meaning that only the bottom is soft and you push on this to get the ice cubes out. I’ve found that this is no harder than the full soft trays. But since the cubes are smaller you may need two in a glass to full it up, the all soft trays only need one. Up to you, smaller cube or smelly cube?

These ice trays are super easy to empty and I have not noticed any chemical oder or taste like some silicone can emit. The majority of the cube is hard plastic with just the bottom silicone. I like the large size cubes. These meet my needs perfectly.
I can’t believe I’m reviewing an ice cube tray
I’m reviewing because I can’t believe how well it works!! I’ve tried soooo many and they never just pop out and or they crack. Not these ones! They are amazing and very easy to work with. I wish they made the same but slightly smaller. I like a mix of big and small cubes for my iced coffees.
