THE GOOD: This item is easy to assemble. It took a whole 2 minutes. This facial steamer does not require distilled or purified water which is a plus. Initially I was apprehensive about the machine as it appears cheaply made surprisingly it is not as horrible as I thought. The amount of steam this machine gives off is great not to mention the ozone light is an added bonus. The light has three settings on the microscope for extractions which is extremely nice to have options. The magnification light also is on an arm that is easy to use. Lastly, it is easy to clean and only takes about 1-2 minutes to warm up from room temp water to steam.THE BAD: Can be difficult to get the water canister unscrewed. The cord is a little short for my liking it is about 4 ft. on both the magnifier and the steamer. The way to raise and lower the steamer to the desired height is really horrible. There is no way to actually lock it into place so it can be bothersome when setting it up for a client not to mention that it may actually come down accidentally (so watch out!).Overall, this is a good steamer having more good than bad. If you are on the hunt for that perfect steamer just FYI there is no such steamer that I have come across for those looking to incorporate steam into their facials, try this one you might be pleasantly surprised.

I do self-care Saturdays and give myself facials...this has stepped my game up. It is easy to assemble, use, and clean. You can use it wherever because the height is adjustable...as is the nozzle. The heat is not too hot as to not strip your face of its natural sebum.

The packaging was fine, once we opened the product we noticed scratches as if it was used before. Once it was put together, it did not work. It would turn on and it wouldn't detect that it had water added and kept flashing for water.

I like using this full size facial steamer for doing facials. It's on wheels so it's super easy to move around whilst working.it gives a salon a professional touch. It's easy to assemble and operate.

This steamer can adjust to any bed height and the rolling is smooth when moving it around. It holds tons of water for long lasting facials. The mist is a great consistency, not too much but not too fine either. Can be easily adjusted to suit any spa needs.

I thought the facial steamer was easy to assemble and operate. The documentations are a little limited assuming the user has limited experience with the steamer. It took only a few minutes for the water to come to a boil and steam to produce, so that was nice. The steam can get really hot, so monitoring is important. The paperwork states the water can be reduced by adding a little vinegar, which I did not do. Overall, this is a reasonably priced facial steamer that is simple to assemble. I did like how moist it made my skin feel afterwards without any issues.

I got this machine for my facials as well as for my curly hair care routine. It rolls on 4 wheels so its exceptionally easy for me to bring into my bathroom or elsewhere so I can use it and multitask. It took less than 10 mins to put together and produces steam quickly.
