I chose the Kitchentrend to replace an aging Mr. Coffee (basket filter). I've used it daily for 2 months now, and it's the most impressive coffee maker I've ever owned. The exterior water reservoir is styled like a Keurig, so cleaning is simple. It looks stylish, it's fairly compact for its 12-cup carafe and makes minimal noise when brewing. I've come to prefer the cone filter, as it is less prone to spillovers, where the filter collapses and allows grounds to seep into the carafe. I cannot find anything to complain about, hence 5-stars from this coffee-holic.

Everybody plows through coffee maker brands and reviews trying to get the best one at a good price. Have to say, the search paid off with this one. The water well is easy to fill and load. The coffee tastes great. I have liked the features and brewing results more than any previously expensive drip maker. No need to be skeptical. Easy to operate, a cinch to clean, not a gurgle noise-maker, hot coffee, and a sleek addition to the countertop. If you want to program it that is another great feature. Buy this one and stop stressing!

It makes wonderful coffee, is easy to use, and is a great size if you have height constraints. However, the tradeoff is that it considers 4oz a cup of coffee whereas my old coffee maker considered 6oz a cup of coffee. Said another way, this coffee maker makes a up to a 48oz pot and my old coffee maker made up to a 72 oz pot.

It’s a great value. Easy to work and clean. No spills. Makes great tasting coffee. I wish I could find a spare carafe. Just in case.

Not happy with the quality of the handle to lift the water chamber. The handle seems light weight and flimsy. Hope this is not the first thing to break

So much slimmer than our last coffee pot. Water reservoir is so easy to access and clean. Love the swing out coffee grounds holder. Very happy with this purchase. A great replacement.

Size was a bit larger than expected. Easy to fill water tank. Love the swing out basket. Only wish it came with a gold tone filter instead of the nylon one. Makes hot coffee. Having used it for a while I now find the water container difficult to remove and wash out. Hard to clean it. Filter basket is starting to get worn through. So, I really would not recommend.
