These hammered glass food storage containers are really handy for my dog's three different treats (morning biscuit, evening biscuit and "cookies" we give him for when we are exiting the house to go on errands or when we trim his nails). The mouths of these containers are nice and large and the screw on plastic in bamboo "wood" lids seem to seal very well. The hammered glass effect can be felt both inside and outside the containers. The website listing states that these are shatterproof. However, I did not find anywhere on the containers, nor on any accompanying written material that these are tempered glass. Therefore, I'm still cautious about how these containers are handled, including making sure they don't get dropped. I don't care to experiment to report here, as I'm not interested in risking ending up with only two workable containers. Compared to other glass containers, these are made of a thinner glass, which allows them to be more lightweight. I would not choose them as my flour, sugar, and tea canisters. However, they work great for storing my dog's biscuit and cookie treats!

Solid glass jars. The dimpling makes them look even nicer. We use them instead of plastic containers and they look nice filled up inside our pantry. Would recommend.

Glass jars look great. I immediately ran through them through the dishwasher, then filled them up with snacks I like to keep available on my countertop: popcorn, crackers, pretzels. My husband and kids have enjoyed the easy access - but I had to give them each the warning to not trust carrying the jar by the lid. I may intentionally pull the wood from the plastic portion to try a strong glue that will ideally hold better.

These are FABULOUS glass storage containers that will seriously elevate your kitchen! The neutral wood lids give it a more high-end look without bursting the budget AND they look fantastic on your countertop or displayed neatly in your pantry.The textured glass really gives it another depth of interest and takes it up another notch. Our family utilizes these to anything from ground coffee to jasmine rice to granola... a little bit of everything, really. They are wonderful and are a great quality!10/10 recommend these. They're great! I use them for my coffee beans and sugar and my wife uses the medium sized one for her walnuts. The quality is great and they're very durable! I recommend it!

I handwashed these before use and went to fill up the two largest jars. One of them felt very rough, to the point where you could get a splinter. The third jar I went to grab and it slipped out of my hands. Luckily it was close enough to the counter so the glass did not break. The wooden portion completely detached from the plastic lid. As you can see, it was held together with glue. Most people grab jars by the lid so I can't trust these, especially the heavier ones I am using. So pretty disappointed with the quality as it barely held up. These are fine if you want to use it decoratively, but just don't ever grab it by the lid.

So, these containers are gorgeous and the glass is decent. Visually they’re fantastic. The issue is that I almost broke them carrying them by the top which was supposed to be secure because the bamboo lid was unglued from the sealing plastic part. The glue for the top just didn’t hold correctly and so I had to superglue the wood part to the plastic and hope it holds later. They’re functional now, but just a heads up.

The hammered glass adds such an artistic touch to these canisters. With the bamboo lids, they reveal the elegance of nature. The wide mouth allows easy access to the contents with a scoop or spoon and the transparency lets me know just how much flour, sugar, etc. that I have left.Because the glass is clear, I think it matches any color scheme. I can choose scoops that either match the wood of the lid or the color of my decor.I have plastic cling labels in a variety of fonts and they adhered easily to the canisters. I liked experimenting to see which labels I thought would work best, because you can really go either way with how you use these in your kitchen, whether your tastes run to the modern or traditional.
