I often do gardening, so I frequently get small scratches on my hands. Every time I get a scratch, I apply Soremax Nature gel right away and it really helps reduce the swelling and redness. The stinging goes away pretty quickly too. For everyday scratches, this gel is truly a great savior!

I ordered this after my doctor had me get some silver algamate bandages for a wound I had that was too slow healing. He said both gold and silver have some healing properties. I have arthritic joint issues so I decided to give this cream a try. It helps the pain a little but I’ll take whatever relief I can get. It’s a cream so it’s easy to apply. The smell is minor. It has helped smooth my hands a little also. That’s probably the Aloe. Based on some other pain relieving creams I’ve bought I’d say this one’s price is a little high.Note:I received this product free as part of Bolo's Vine program.I’m expected to give an honest, unbiased, review.I can not return the item. I accidentally burned my hand while cooking, and this gel has been amazing in the healing process. It soothes the burn and reduces the pain almost immediately. I love that it’s paraben-free and made with natural ingredients.

Unsure about product, I have been applying it for a few weeks and scarring hasn't really changed much, redness is still there only a little lighter but that could be to normal healing or it could be this, it is not a significant change to attribute it 100% to this gel. There is little product but it does apply easily and dries fast without leaving any residue.

I’ve been using this gel for minor scratches that I get while working outdoors. The redness and swelling around my scratches go down quickly. What I also love is how it speeds up the healing process without leaving dark marks

I don't feel like this is doing anything... the name is a little odd, since it doesn't do anything for any kind ofsoreness.It's made in Vietnam, but to meet US FDA standards, they require ingredients to be listed in order by weight in the overall product, which means there's more "purified water" than anything else, and least 50% MINIMUM is made up of water, glycerin, and propylene glycol before anything else.It's thin, and seems to absorb (or evaporate?) quickly, but leaves an off consistency on my skin. It barely has any smell, which is nice I guess. I have not noticed any difference in the things they claim though.

It's gentle yet powerful, and I've noticed significantly decreased itching and redness since I started using it. Some ingredients are safe and good for burned, itchy skin, like Centella and aloe vera, and the gel texture is relatively smooth!

There's a discrepancy between the title of this offering, the descriptive text, and the information on the tube and on the package insert. The title proclaims "Scar Gel Heal Fast ... & Skin Repair, Reduce ... Rashes Dark Spots Acnes"A family member recently had surgery on her face, so this magic scar-minimizing skin repairer sounded like something we should be using.The $22 price is high, and the small tube contains only 20 grams of product. The package insert shows the first three ingredients as purified water, glycerin, and propylene glycol, all of which are cheap and far from being miracle skin products. There are many other ingredients in presumably miniscule amounts. One of them is the first substance mentioned on the box and on the tube: Sensidin DO. The text of this Bolo page claims the the "outstanding nano silver Sensidin DO we use in our scar gel enhances wound and scar healing effects, decreases dark spots and skin inflammation, and gives you healthy and smooth skin."I was unfamiliar with Sensidin DO and ran a web search for information about it, which revealed that it is a liquid deodorizing ingredient used in deodorants at low concentrations, which inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria on the skin.One is directed to use this tiny amount of expensive gel at least 3-4 times daily, for 1-2 months. (Obviously, there is not enough of it to do that, so one would have to buy more.)There is no claim that there is any evidence of efficacy, such as any controlled study testing its use.I smell a rat.
