4.0 out of 5 stars LED brush
Just started using brushSo far so good
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use and great results
The media could not be loaded. I was hesitant on getting one of these for my thinning hair, but wanted to try one to help with my situation as nothing else has seemed to help. I went ahead with this purchase because it was FDA cleared and the price was very reasonable. I’m so glad I got it as I have seen significant improvement. The red lights have proven to stimulate my hair follicles and promote new hair growth on the sides of my head and on the crown of my head - right where my hair has been thinning. I’m 43 years old so it’s just a natural part of life, but that doesn’t mean I can’t improve it now! With just a few uses I have noticed new growth, after a month of use I can confidently say my hair is thicker and has a fuller appearance. It is super easy to use. I simply brush it through my hair in the evening before bed and made it part of my daily routine. It’s very relaxing to use also, feels great and brushes through my hair with ease.
4.0 out of 5 stars Feels Nice On The Scalp But No Growth Yet
I’ve been using this hair growth brush for a few months now. It does feel nice on the scalp but I haven’t seen any new growth as of yet. It says it takes 6 months to see results, so I will update then.
5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome
I love this brush so far I hope it get my hair to growing just on my first week.
3.0 out of 5 stars WIsh the "Bristles" Were More Flexible
I have found that while this is easy to use- turn on a button and go, it counts down and everything- for the price, I'd want some improvements. First, this is a bit heavy to hold on to for 10 minutes. It just rides across the top of my head, but doesn't glide like I feel it should. If the "bristles" were more flexible and less hard I think the weight of this piece wouldn't be as bad, but as it stands, I don't want to push into my head too hard making my arm carry a lot of the weight. Also, it does vibrate, but again, because the bristles are so rigid it's not very comfortable or relaxing. I think this is one of those items that I like the idea of it but for price and practicality, I will not use on a regular basis, making it way more expensive to me then it's worth.
5.0 out of 5 stars I honestly think this is helping my bald spots a lot.
If I stay consistent, I notice a little difference in my alopecia spots on my scalp. I have been doing everything I can to grow my hair back. I would say it's the same as more expensive red light therapy. I just keep it on my bed and use it while watching TTV. I used it many times already and have not had to charge it yet.
4.0 out of 5 stars Very Tingly
I used this for the first time tonight. I am familiar with the use of laser lights for treating non-scarring alopecia. I only used this laser comb on two small areas where I have a tiny amount of hair loss. The device is small. It is comfortable to hold. It looks like a regular hand held massager. I did not have any problem turning it on or off. The device has a red and blue light that you can toggle between. The two lights represents different wave lengths. However, I am not quite sure what the different wave lengths are supposed to do. The included informational pamphlet does not really explain the difference, why you would use the red over the blue, or what benefits one could expect from using either lights. The laser comb has a massage function. I used it and found it to be very tingly. I felt the tingling sensation inside of my ears the entire time I was using the laser hair growth comb, The laser light was barely warm. I did not really notice a lot of heat from the blue or red setting. I mostly felt the massager.I also want to point out that there are warnings that you should not look at the lights because the lights could damaged your eyes. I would not use this around small children, or animals for that reason. I would make sure I warned any adult within my household if I were using this around other adults. Also, the manual states that this product cannot be used by individuals with a pacemaker. This is a product that has to be used for a long time to see any potential benefits. Also, it only works on certain types of alopecia so you pretty much have to know why you are experiencing hair lost. The laser lights treatment is only supposed to work on alopecia related to male pattern baldness.I am giving the laser comb four stars for now, but I will check back in after a few months to see if it did anything to the two tiny sections that I have experienced hair lost.
