I previously had been buying black seed oil from Deal Supplements and was extremely pleased with the product. the capsules were small, dark colored and easy to swallow. Now for some reason they had to add D3 and then only 2000 IU. Given that different individuals need different doses of D3, this presents a problem. Based on my blood levels, I need 5000 IU. Fine, I have a year's supply of 5000 IU which if I want to use this produce, I must put aside and buy 3000 IU capsules. The product was better without D3. Before I gave 5 star rating. Will try another brand that is not compounded. Pity

I began taking this supplement because a friend recommended it as a body detox and general aid to wellness. I have issues with my digestive system and an effect I wasn’t expecting was that my issues were alleviated. I have recommended this supplement to others and even bought a bottle for my stepdad who also has digestive problems. It has worked for him as well. Definitely recommend to anyone that has trouble with their stomach/intestines. I’m so happy I listened to my friend and tried it.
