I like the overall clean design of this espresso maker which fit into my kitchen very well. It works fast which saves a lot of morning coffee making time. This is my first espresso maker. I’m looking forward to exploring more different styles of coffee. It is a new fun for me!

The media could not be loaded. Compact? Hardly compared to my Delonghi the only thing that has going for it. The temperature is a little bit warmer. That’s because the wattage is higher. I have had this for two weeks now and I find it so frustrating to use. For the price point, it is more than double the price of my Delonghi and the features do not work. The Materials are very cheap. The top is supposed to keep 3 cups warm. How? It is ice cold the Delonghi I can barely touch it.

The media could not be loaded. So glad I got this espresso machine. I wanted a machine that had between 7-15 bar to extract the right amount of espresso for a smooth and not bitter taste.Machine comes with a well written instruction manual and some tips on how to adjust the espresso to your liking. Two portafilters, one for single, one for double shots of espresso. The filters are very very fine.First heat up will take a moment and make strong vibration sounds, but that is only the very first time you use the machine. After that, it only takes about 20 seconds to be ready to brew (see video).Manufacturer recommends preheating all parts, so I will usually run a water only cycle (no coffee in portafilter) to heat up all elements. This adds about 10-15 degrees to the coffee afterwards. Machine can do a single or double shot. I found an illy brand blend (pre-ground) that really works well with this and makes for a smooth taste. 7-9 grams (which can be measured and tapped down with the tablespoon it comes with) is enough for a single espresso.If you leave the machine on for 15 minutes, the top of the machine actually has a heating grid that can pre-warm espresso cups. I usually just use the discard from my first heat up run through to warm my cup, though, it's quicker that way.The water tank in the back is easy to slide in and off. Manufacturer recommends clear filtered water, so I use my fridge water (filtered) and not tap. If you haven't used water in 5 days it's recommended to dump and refill. It'll ensure a clean taste of espresso.The side spout can be used with the turn of a knob for either hot water dispensing or for steam to froth milk.All the hardware is heavy weight and stainless steel, very sturdy and high quality.Clean up is very easy by washing the portafilters, and there is a drip tray that can easily be taken out, if spills should occur.I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
