5.0 out of 5 stars Big Clean Power In a small package!!
This Gem of an amp is a great performer. I have tried it with a huge pair of Wharfedale E-90 tower speakers and they sounded amazing. Next, I connected the amp to a mini pair of Micron speakers. I got the same results. The next set of speakers I tried were a vintage pair of JSE model 1. Unlike the Wharfedale speakers the JSE are not efficient. The Fosi amp handled them perfectly! This amp has a pro look and the build quality is awesome. The switching between inputs is flawless. I found connecting to Bluetooth was very easy. I have used my cell phone as well as my mp3 player to stream. My Nad cd player sounded great. This 2.2 pound powerhouse is also small. 13.89 x 9.25 x 3.62 inches. The only thing I would like to see on the amp is a 1/4 " headphone jack I own a super pair of Grados and I would love to hear what they would sound like on the Fosi. This amp is a winner.
4.0 out of 5 stars Fosi did a really nice job with this amp
I bought this the first weekend it's out, mostly on the strength of reviews of their V3 at audio science review. I haven't been disappointed. It's a nice little package, doesn't heat up much, gets appropriately loud (driving some boston acoustics VR2 8ohm towers) with the stock 32v power adapter, and loud! with one but not two exclamation points with the optional 48v adapter.Sound is _clean_ either through RCAs or bluetooth, and it turns the bluetooth off when not selected so your neighbors can't pair to it. Reconnects to last connected device. Easy to switch between devices, it pairs to multiple.Would be nice if it had a way to set balance or lowpass/highpass, even as back-panel, but it doesn't.Nice positive-detent bypasses for the tone control.VU meter goes doink, which is really all you can ask out of it. It's actually more useful than it would appear to set a good gain structure.Windows 11 has a problem connecting to it, evidently their AAC support isn't all that great, but it's prioritized by default. Android connects with AAC just fine.[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BthA2dp\Parameters]"BluetoothAacEnable"=dword:00000000Note that per the manual it only support SBC and AAC
5.0 out of 5 stars Great value for the price -- looks good, sounds good, diverse inputs
I got this amp for a tiny little TV/media room and have been pleasantly surprised. The sound and practicality of it are great for the price. It's small and looks good, so much that I built this thing its own shelf to match the TV's and show it off. The VU meter is pretty much meaningless but adds a fun touch without being too "retro." My family also really appreciates its simplicity. There are only a few controls and no remote to lose. The sound: paired with some old JBL "control room" monitors (now hidden behind the TV screen), and using the optical input, movies sound immensely better, compared to the built in TV speakers. There's a really nice stereo separation that actually makes the screen seem bigger.I'm also using the RCA inputs (for a turntable with its own preamp) and the bluetooth connection (for my phone). Playing records, the sound is hit or miss, but it's hard to know the source of the inconsistency. Some recordings with a bit more space in the arrangements sound fantastic, while more "wall of sound" type things don't sound as good -- but my other gear isn't that great, my standards are higher for music on its own, and the room itself influences the sound. Music via bluetooth is more consistent, but has a slightly compressed sound -- perhaps because of the digital source or bluetooth itself. Are there ways to get more amazing sound or more volume? Yes, I've heard better stereos. For big parties a DJ setup with a PA would be more practical. But for the price and features this does really really well.
3.0 out of 5 stars The power is not what they say it is
The amp sounds good. But the power is absolutely nowhere near what they say it is
5.0 out of 5 stars Power/Style/Features and then some !!
After reviewing many you-tube reviews on this amp, I was a little concerned as to the overall quality of this amp. I have the Fosi za3 and like it very much but I really need Bass and Treble controls. So, I decided to give this amp a shot as over the years, I have really enjoyed Fosi amps.Upon receiving the unit, I realized first hand that this amp was built like a tank and very heavy. It has all the inputs you will ever need including Bluetooth and usb-c for computer input. At 7.5 inches wide and 5 inches deep and 2.5 inches high, it is the biggest amp I have ever purchased for my desktop. I must say it has a beautiful finish with a VU meter and Bass and Treble controls with the copper knob that serves at the on/off control and volume. The power is indeed enough for me with the included 32v power brick.....believe me, you will not need the 48v brick. This thing runs very cool to the touch and looks bold and most stylish. Needless to say, this big boy occupies a good piece of real estate on my desk. It's a keeper for sure.....Give it a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.

What a rip off this is for $189, not sure what my wife was thinking when she bought this. For $40 dollars less you can buy a full size YAMAHA R-S202BL class A amp with100 watts RMS per channel and a remote !!! If this has 40 watts per channel your lucky, with a 32v 5amp power supply it can't make 165 watts per channel !!! Sound is so so, I have listened to1mii amps and YMOO amps that blow this away in power and sound quality at less then half the price. Don't waste your money on this junk, it's that bad. Another overrated failure from Fosi. So for the people out there like my wife who doesn't know any better don't waste your time and money on this 40 watts per channel, terrible sounding pile of crap. If you don't believe me check YouTube for the video's testing this amp to see how bad it really does. Fosi should be embarrassed to make an amp like this, lie about it's power and then rip people off with it's ridiculous price !!!!!!!
5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome little tool to convert Apple music via bluetooth to legacy Infinity IL40 towers.
Easy bluetooth pairing and super sound for under $200. Connected to 2 Infinity IL passive tower speakers. Retro look is really cool.
Gran producto!
Tiene mejor sonido de lo que esperaba! Y todas sus conexiones muy prácticas 👌
Molto carino
Esteticamente molto bello.
Wow - Just what I needed and I didn’t know it!
So small and cute looking, even my wife likes it. Great power to drive my needy M&K 4ohm K17s in bookshelf set up in my garden room. TV source uses the optical in, Bluetooth in for kids and family tablets etc. I use the OTG usb input from iPhone/Bolo music which gets best out of Fossi DAC. Not used RCA yet, but have a feeling my record deck may be moving soon. So happy with back to basic switching between sources, the tactile treble & bass tone controls and larger volume wheel. The VU display is the icing on the retro cake. Not used .1 yet, but I do have a simple vintage M&K K10 sitting in garage waiting to be used as active sub for the mini jack output. (Ignore the Devialet soundbox in pics - which is soon to be in the garage). Thank you Fossi. Will add update report after medium/long-term use.
Echte Power und Ultra hübsch! Update !!!! Nachtrag!
