I usually take 200mg per day in the evening. I like that this formula only requires one capsule for that dose, instead of having to take two. No odd odors or tastes associated with the capsules so very happy with them. Recommended.

My June 2024 order of ‘Dr. Foster CoQ10 200mg Maximum Potency Vegan Omega + PQQ + Plant Sterols + Black Pepper, 120 Rapid Release Softgels’ arrived in an opaque dark plastic (recyclable) bottle with an intact under-the-lid foil seal. The label indicates several status: GMP, No GMO, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Made in USA, and Third-Party Lab Tested. The bottom of the bottle has a printed Expiration Date of May 2026.Each soft gel is a little less than half an inch long, and the tapered shape make for easier swallowing. Since the directions indicate to take 1 soft gel daily with food, that means this bottle contains a full four month supply (120 softgels). As with most CoQ10 supplements, this one also contains black pepper extract, which is believed to aid in increased bioavailability of the CoQ10. I have not detected any bad taste or odor from these softgels, and 200mg of CoQ10 fall right into the most often recommended dosage range. At $17.99 a bottle this is a cost-effective solution as well.

The softgels are in the standard size, and I have no issue to swallow them with water. The majority of the ingredients are the flax seeds oil and CoQ10. The CoQ10 is fat solvable, so the combination of the CoQ10 and the flax seeds oil would enhance the absorption while providing valuable nutrients. I was taking the flax seeds type of supplement to control the cholesterol and blood sugar level, but believe this formula would provide a better result. I have not noticed effectiveness yet, either the side effectiveness, but believe it would be a long term thing and would keep taking this type of supplement for my cardiovascular health.

I like that these CoQ10 have several supplements in them so that I don’t have to take separate pills to get them anymore.I at first thought that this brand had a lower level of CoQ10 compared to other supplements. No! In actuality, the serving size here is 200 mgs for one pill. For other companies they say that there are 400mgs but in fact that is with a serving size of 2 pills!I appreciate how on the lid that I took a photo of here tells you how to separate the pills if they get stuck together. I never knew how to do this before and the heat of summer is arriving soon for us so that supplements that arrive during summer may encounter hot weather along the way resulting in sticking.I like these tablets because they are not a long size. They are short and stubby so that they easily go down my sensitive throat. Great Product!

This Coq10 supplement is a small softgel that is easy to swallow. The one capsule per serving dosage is simple to take. It has a combination of ingredients that is said to work synergistically for the best effect. I’m satisfied with this supplement.

This is a very good and potent COQ10 supplement. I started taking COQ10 after a Dr.s recommendation and this one is very well priced for the potency you get. It meets all of my standards for a quality supplement as well,, made in a first world nation (USA), in an inspected facility (GMP/FDA), and third party tested. What more could you ask for.
