So I did the purchased sensitivity test which guaranteed results in 1-5 days online (I purchased this because I am having some health issues and wanted to see if it could be food related). Sounded great, package came in and was very nice and easy to use.I sent my results in on July 5 and on the 11th I hadn't heard anything so I emailed. On the 13th they responded and said that they received the test on July 8th and need 1-2 days processing and 3-5 days for the results (not what the sales page says). I checked back on the 15th which was the maximum according to their new timeline and they responded with "I'll reach out to the lab and get back to you shortly". Here we are on July 19th and still no results or follow up. I then submitted another ticket to which they immediately resolved with the message "ticket closed already in contact". If you try and call you cannot get a CS representative. I would not recommend purchasing from Mylabbox.

I've had so many issues with this kit. First, one of the lancets broke and I couldn't get enough blood.. They sent me a new kit. Then I've done everything I needed and sent in the kit, only to have not received any results. I've even sent in a message asking for my results and gave my kit number and all the details. They haven't responded. Such a waste of money and would love to have my money back. I sent in my bloodwork on June 25th. I understand it will take a couple days for them to get it back. But they advertise it will only take 1-5 days... It has been 2 weeks. Don't waste your money like I did.

Purchased this test for my 62-year-old mom, who has been dealing with Scleroderma. She's had various symptoms and recently went through several medical tests and labs which worried me quite a bit. I had a hunch that adjusting her diet might be able to help make her feel better when she wasn't suffering from her other symptoms.The entire test was easy and results were quick! Tip: make sure to follow the directions and squeeze the finger properly to let the blood drop directly onto the card. Once we got it right, it was simple.We found out that my mom has a high sensitivity to eggs and moderate reactions to wheat. So, we started her on a gluten-free diet and eliminated eggs. I'm hopeful it will make a big difference in her health. This test has given us hope that some of my mom's daily struggles can be supported with some diet changes.

Stay far away from this product and this company. I had multiple issues with using this product. Unfortunately it is not until after you use the product that the issues arise. I tried contacting the company to share my frustration and their response was they do not offer refunds and I am basically out of luck. So I am out over $100 for absolutely NOTHING. If you are okay with getting a crappy product, crappy customer service and wasting over $100, by all means buy this product.

The instructions were straight forward and it didn't take that long to actually complete the test. Like others said the lancets it comes with are killers. I wish I would have used one of my own because it left me with a sore and bruised finger for a few days.I mailed it on 7/24, online they say it takes 7ish days to process. I emailed customer service on 8/3 inquiring about results. Never got a reply. I emailed again on 8/7, this time I got an automatic reply saying they'd respond in 48-72 hours. I got a reply 8/12 with my results. I feel that is a very long time for a reply and there is no customer service phone number to call.My results were interesting, knowing that these can be inaccurate I'm not sure how much I trust it, but regardless I'm going to try to limit my dairy intake since that was the biggest concern.

Purchased, collected specimen, ( and fyi , I’m an RN… & more than just a “ few” drops of 🩸 finger stick blood required to satisfy sample card collection), shipped, specimen & shows received in lab …. But 1 MONTH later, no results posted to account, specimen test was never run. Customer service extremely hard to reach, takes weeks/days for email response or no response… received vague reply, “specimen in lab, thank you for your patience”. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL… terrible customer service, I think it’s a SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I will ask my internist about a good food allergy test instead., & past refund date.

No customer support. Takes 3 days for them to tell you they're looking into it. And another few days to say results will post when they process at the lab.It should not say results in 1-5 days... False advertisement. Misrepresentation.
