I process raw, whole tobacco leaves to roll my own chemical-free cigarettes and often the leaves need to be moistened before cleaning, and cutting which tends to make the tobacco a little too moist to be injected into a cigarette tube.So, after cutting the tobacco I put about 8oz in a sealed container with one Wiseorb 67gram pack and within a few hours the tobacco is at it's perfect moisture level.These Wiseorb packets work in reverse also. If pre-cut tobacco dries up before rolling into tube it will re-moisten the tobacco to the perfect level.And, as a big plus, the Wiseorb 2 way packets are less expensive than most other brands. One of the well-known brands costs $10 for one 67 gram pack compared to 5 packets for $10.I'm not sure of the longevity, or how long they will perform as well as when initially taken out of the cellophane packaging, but I will update this review once I use these for a few months.So far, this seems to be the brand I will be using going forward.

I'm pretty confused on how this was even supposed to work? It's just a dry packet. I placed them in an airtight container for over a week and there was absolutely no change in humidity or moisture whatsoever. Not on the first day, not on the second day, not on any day. These just don't do anything, nor do I see in any way how they were supposed to. For full transparency I wasn't planning on using these to increase the shelf life of any foods or anything, nor does the box these packets comes in say that this is the only use for them. I purchased these because I've read that keeping mtg cards in an airtight humidity controlled space can unbend the cards. I've even watched videos where people buy similar products the alter the humidity of containers with similar humidity controlling packets and went with a packet of similar (though not exact) RH. The instructions are so simple it's impossible for me to believe I did something wrong. Remove packet from plastic wrap, place in airtight sealed container, and wait at least twenty-four hours, but after a week there was no change in humidity whatsoever.

I purchased cigars which came with a humidor. I bought these so I can put them in the humidor and not get anything else to keep my cigars fresh or so I thought. These do not work, my hygrometer still has the same reading. I added another one to see if it changes but it did not. The reading remained the same.
Work just as good as the expensive ones
Never mind paying twice the money for the name brand humidity packs, these packs work perfect and for half the name brand price

Some of the packs were dried out because of thr plastic wrapping being opened
Was not impressed the box wasn't sealed right, open the box to notice some of the plastic packaging around the humidity packs were opened already and 4 or 5 of the humidity packs were dried out and didn't work. The unity packs that did work, worked well.
Shop around
I put1 of these in a mason jar with some pre rolls and a hygrometer and after 2 days it read 55% humidity, was not sure if the meter was working or not so I put another one in the bottle and after 3 days they both read 55%. In my opinion, these are a waste of money, will not ever buy these again and I threw the other 18 of these that I had left over in the trash.
