I was looking for a light hydrating non greasy skin cream to moisturize and hydrate. ThisTepezcohuite Cream enhanced formulation with Mexican Origins, suggests that this cream can be a nightly ritual for transformative skin rejuvenation. I've been using this on my face at night for a couple of weeks now. I can't say I've noticed a glowing radiance in the morning or and overall change in my skin. However, the feel of my skin immediately after applying this cream is wonderful. When I climb into bed and feel my face after putting this on, it is smooth, soft and moisturized. I've really wanted to use this cream in the morning to start my day, but haven't so far since it's promoted as a night cream. I haven't had any negative reactions to this.For me, the best comparison I can give is that the look and consistency of this cream is comparable to very soft butter, almost melted. It is not oily like butter though. It just takes one or two small dabs on my fingertip to do my whole face. The skin absorbs it quickly so my face does not feel oily, but smooth and moisturized. One jar will last a long time. Maybe by the time I use this up I'll notice a more definite change in my complexion.

I ordered this cream just in time. It's that time of year when I've just turned on the heat in my house and my skin is as dry as sandpaper. I've had this cream for about three weeks and it's saved my cheeks. The cream just melts into your skin and starts to work right away. It's heavy, but absorbs so quickly that there is no greasy feeling.A few days ago, I ran out of a specific facial I like to do, so instead, I lathered this cream on and just rested for about ten minutes before wiping the excess off. There wasn't much excess as that is how well it absorbs.I also love that the smell is not overpowering. It barely has a smell at all. I've used face creams where I could smell my own face all day, which drove me nuts. The smell of this cream is so mild. Great product!

I had never used or even heard of Tepezcohuite but I am so glad that I ordered this Tepezcohuite Night Cream.Before the cream arrived, I googled Tepezcohuite and learned that it is a tree of which the bark and leaves are believed to have medicinal and healing properties.The cream arrived in a slightly crushed box, but the plastic jar, which was shrink wrapped, was unharmed.The cream is a pale yellowish color with a medium consistency. It reminds me of a creamy gel. There is a scent but it is not overwhelming.When the cream is applied, the absorption is incredible. It’s almost as if it just melts into the skin.I used the cream after a facial peel that was suppose to be mild but it really irritated my skin and made me peel like a snake. All of my usual ointments were not helping.I decided to use thisTepezcohuite Night Cream and after 2 uses, the peeling increased but my skin felt so hydrated, and by the next day, my skin looked and felt wonderful.This cream is truly magical and it will definitely be in my skin routine.

Since I'd never heard of Tepezcohuite before, I of course had to order this Tepezcohuite Night Cream made by Dermedicine Advanced Skin Care.My research shows that Tepezcohuite is a plant-derived ancient Mexican remedy used to treat burns and scars. In skincare it is an anti-inflammatory that will soothe redness. In addition to that nice ingredient, this night cream also contains jojoba oil for supreme moisturizing, squalane, which also has soothing properties, and sodium hyaluronate, which I think most know by now is a super hydration booster.The cream is beige-yellow in color and thinner than one might expect for a night cream. It spreads easily and is absorbed very quickly, leaving no trace of residue. I've used it just a few times and each time it has left my skin feeling soft and well moisturized, so I would have to say that this cream works very well.I also appreciate that this cream has no sulfates, silicones parabens or perfumes. However, it does have a couple ingredients that I wish it did not. In the listing it mentions that we can experience the "silky touch" of polyacrylamide in the cream. Polyacrylamide is a microplastic and in my view any company that is cruelty free should consider reframing from using microplastics, which will end up in our water supply and harm aquatic Life. The second ingredient I can do without is Laureth-7. This ingredient can contain toxic impurities from the manufacturing process, including ethylene oxide, which is a known carcinogen.On a more positive note, this is an effective moisturizing cream that has a lot going for it, including that it is a great value at $25.99 for a 4 oz jar.
