I take probiotics daily and I was running low. I decided to give DRFOSTER Probiotics a try instead of using my regular brand. I was interested in this brand because in addition to the probiotics and prebiotics it also included slippery elm, peppermint and ginger. I’d used peppermint and ginger separately on occasion in the past and found them to be helpful for certain issues. I really wanted to see how my body would react implementing them into my daily routine.A dose of this supplement is two capsules per day. I’m not really fond of taking multiple pills per dose, but after reading through the list of ingredients I decided it was worth it. If the information is correct, then this is a really good combination that could be quite beneficial to the body. The capsules are fairly average in size, they’re easy to swallow and didn’t get stuck in my throat. I didn’t’ detect any unpleasant odor or taste from them. I didn’t have any negative reactions to them. I believe I’m doing as well if not better than I do with the probiotics I had been taking.There are 90 capsules per bottle. The description says 86, but the bottle says 90. I have to admit, I didn’t count them, I’m assuming 90 is correct. That’s a month and a half supply. Right now I feel I’m really benefiting from these, I like them. If things change after a month of using them I’ll come back and update my review.****About me: Integrity is very important to me. Probiotics for Men and Women for Digestive and Gut Health with 120 Billion CFUs 86 CountThese probiotics come in capsule form and are not very big, which makes them quite easy to swallow. We found them to be tasteless and appear to contain very similar ingredients to other probiotic products we have used. We have recently switched to this brand and find that we have continued to have the same digestive results as with our previous product.

I take a variety of probiotics for overall health and wellness. I haven't had any issues with these over the past few days. The capsules are normal sized and easy to swallow. They smell OK and have no taste or aftertaste. They expire approximately three years after the date of receipt, so they are relatively fresh. They claim to be made in a GMP facility although the bottle does not state the country of origin for the ingredients or where everything was manufactured/assembled, which some people care about. The product picture in the Bolo listing says there are 43 servings per bottle, which seems like an odd number, but my bottle states there are 45 servings per bottle. This doesn't affect my rating but I am noting it here for your benefit.

I am pretty careful with the supplements I get from Bolo, as I read many of them are sub-par or not even what they claim to be. However, these probiotics are made in the USA and has seals from Good Manufacturing Practice and Third Party Lab Tested, among others. Also it has some solid ingredients in addition to the billions of probiotics. I never really notice a difference from taking a probiotic, but I assume good things are happening in there.

All probiotics work in your gut biome but they do not all do the same thing. This one by Dr. Foster focuses on digestive health. It has 35 unique strains and 120 billion CFUS and comes in a darkened plastic bottle. The pills are a regular sized capsule and I did not have any bad aftertaste from them. I have only been taking them for a week, so I cannot say I see a difference, but I also have not had any ill effect. For some reason, the bottle contains an unusual amount. There are 88 veggie capsules, so at two per day, this is a 44 day supply. I will update this review with any reaction, good or bad, at the end of the bottle.

I ordered this product because of the 120 billion CFUs from 35 strains of probiotics (digestive enzymes) blended with prebiotics (fiber). Capsules are a good value for a probiotic and prebiotic blend that is gluten-free, soy free, non-GMO, and from natural ingredients. A big advantage of this blend is it does not require refrigeration as some other “super greens”. Are tasteless and easy to swallow. Having only taking it for a short time, I can say that it did not cause me any irritable or adverse effects.

So these just seem to work for me. I've been taking probiotics for a few years now and these are similar to most and extremely easy to take. You take 2 pills each time which are both tasteless and easy to swallow. I've had no adverse reactions from my change from my prior probiotic to these so I assume everything is working well still. It's a little more expensive than some other options, but the value is still there as there's also a significantly higher amount of active ingredients in here per dose than most others.
