I noticed shinier hair after 1 day NO JOKE. My skin seems more moisturized and I feel like I need to wear less moisturizer. I love them and will literally buy them forever as long as they make them EXACTLY THE SAME. Love them and they’re delicious. I also take the Lionsmane which is also amazing. 🤩

These are a great way of getting in your daily adaptogenic mushrooms. The gummies have a nice flavor and texture, and I look forward to taking these every morning. I haven't experienced any negative effects whatsoever from taking them. I definitely recommend this supplement.

I’m so impressed by these gummies and this company. I have previous experience taking tremella mushroom, but in powder form. I’m interested in seeing how these measure up. They’re pectin-based, so they’re gummy without using gelatin which makes them vegetarian-friendly. I do wish they omitted the vegetable oil from their gummies, maybe in the future they can change formulas to use a better oil like MCT. I didn’t deduct a star for that like I intended though because I was just so impressed by what I received. The package is beautiful and totally gift-worthy. Inside, not only is there what I ordered but little packets of other mushroom variety gummies to try. And a sticker. Okay, I may be a sucker for free gifts and stickers but I was so delighted. The gummies taste good and have a good texture. I’m interested in what changes I may notice in terms of internal hydration from taking these. While each gummy only contains 100mg of tremella extract, supposedly that’s equivalent to 20,000mg (20g) of dry tremella. If it was good enough for Yang Guifei, one of the Four Beauties of ancient China, it’s certainly worth a try for me. I’ll try out the samples they gave me soon and I can definitely see myself acquiring the Lion’s Mane and Reishi varieties in the future.

I have almost finished almost one full bottle and they are ok. I haven't noticed any real benefits to my aging skin or hair taking these as of yet.They taste better than I thought they would, they give you samples of their other products when you order, nice packaging.
