Cons: Has the voice that gives power on / mode select notifications and it's impossible to predict the volume of it so I have to turn it on/off while it's not on me ears.Pros: Comfortable. Great sounds quality. Connects well to every device I've tried without getting confused or stuck on devices like other headsets. I really appreciate that the microphone mute is toggled by raising and lower the mic boom rather than indicated by some led that is outside my field of vision. Mic quality is excellent. Battery life is great. Build quality is top notch. I really can't praise this headset enough.

It’s a gaming headset if you play on the PS5. Comfortable over the ears, Great sound quality, And I love how the mic is built in to the headset in which you can flip in and out, and not having to worry about the bending or getting destroyed. I Highly recommend this product for the casual gamer.

For one the software and installation was a hassle and a pain. Installing the audio drivers bricked my audio pc for a minute and it somehow disabled the microphone on its own. I had to re-enable it in the device manager of windows. The sound quality on these are amazing they really are crisp. Problem is these things are way too quiet. I have to set the windows slider to about 80 to 100 percent for them to be at a decent loud level which also just make these bleed like crazy. Compare these to my corsair void pros and i have to keep the volume at around in the 30s before they get deafening. Just ended up sticking with my void pros of 9 years.

UPDATE 05.07.2024Dieses Headset ist eine Katastrophe. sobald man mehr als 3cm vom Transmitter entfernt ist verliert das Headset die Verbindung, Ein permanentes Rauschen ist im Hintergrund zu hören was nicht abgeschaltet werden kann UND es ist ein reines Glücksspiel ob am nächsten tag die Einstellungen des Headsets bleiben oder alles wieder neu eingestellt werden muss.Soweit in Benutzung ist das Gen 3 gut ABER im Vergleich zur Gen 2 schlechter was die Ton Qualität angeht UND es wird leider eine weitere Software benötigt.Der Sound bei Gen2 war klarer auch auf geringer Lautstärke. Bei gen 3 muss viel angepasst werden da entweder etwas zu leise oder zu dumpf klingt.

Swarm software is very bad. Game/Chat balance wheel doesn't work due to bugs.
Software is awful and very buggy which unfortunately ruins the experience on PC. There are much cheaper headsets if you are goingt o live without these features.Game Chat Balance wheel doesn't work even when set correctly. I can only adjust the mix in the software, but trying to adjust with the hardware wheel doesn't work. It causes the UI slider to move, but doesn't actually change the mix.Tried to verify on my other computer, but setup couldn't even complete. The Swarm installer consistently crashed a few seconds in, which seems to be a common issue from poking around Reddit. Booting Windows into Safe Mode allowed me to get a step further, but the software rendered half off my small laptop screen. I finally got it up and running, but experienced the same issue.Bacically, decent hardware ruined by poorly tested software with Swarm. Right now the headset cannot do what it's adveretised to, so it's getting returned. Turtle Beach needs to try much, much harder.

Headphone comfortability is amazing + battery amazing.But the mic needs fixing. A bit decent not even decent. Overall if u need a mic to speak with dont buy this.Decent
Typical Turtle Beach quality
The headset software SWARM II took over my computer audio and lowered all audio permanently.The ear pads keep falling off as well, as they are only held on by a few mm of material.All in all I regret buying this headset and wish I could return it
