I used this to make chicken salad and it was really good. I also used it with canned salmon. It worked well with basic deli meat turkey sandwiches, but was even better when we made the Thanksgiving sandwiches (toasted rolls, turkey, stuffing, cheese of your choice, thin layer of mashed potatoes, onions for extra crunch, plus this mayo). I haven’t tried it to make dips yet because I don’t have enough left, but that’s the plan for when I reorder; I think a seafood dip will be divine. Note that Best Foods and Hellmann’s are the same company and use the different brand names based on US geography.

As you can see, this is filled with plenty of herbs. They are the dominant flavor, and not much of the classic mayo tanginess comes through. I tried it on a sandwich and it's a potent flavor -- there isn't a lot of subtlety to its profile. I tried it with a bit of salami on a roll, but it's probably best matched with turkey or chicken. I'm uncertain if I eat enough types of food where I'll want to use it before the bottle goes stale, though I appreciate the chance to try it.

Mayonnaise itself is already super versatile but now when you add italian herb & garlic, the possibilities are truly endless. This makes for a delicious, creamy sandwich condiment, or it also is a delicious base for potato salad/macaroni salad. This mayonnaise is very light and flavorful.

I love mayonnaise! And this mix doesn’t disappoint.It’s more runny that normal mayo. I think it has more oil on it.The flavor is really tasty. Deli to eat artichokes with it. Is stronger than regular mayo.Great for dipping sauces.

My family often does hot hoagies for dinner, and we used to add all kinds of seasonings to spice them up a bit. This italian mayonnaise is absolutely perfect for hoagies, and saves us the extra step of seasoning. The flavor is really good! I haven't tried it on anything but sandwiches, but this stuff is a winner with the family so far. I want to try to make a chicken salad with it next. It's tasty, try it!

A lot of people are moving away from genetically modified organisms (GMO) in their food, while a lot of big companies are embracing them. I'm not judging either way, but some people may want to know that a product advertised as "made with Real Ingredients & No Artificial Flavors" is made with artificial preservatives and is using GMOs which can be found in the small print.The flavor of this spread is basically mayo that has been mixed with a typical Italian salad dressing. That's it. It's nothing special, but does add a punch of flavor to a sandwich, or is good in a macaroni salad. The squeeze bottle is a convenient delivery method.

I been using a good amount on my paninis and Sandwiches and it was perfect . It elevated the flavor instead of just using Mayo.
