I thought I would take a chance on this after the turmeric product that I had been taking for about 2 years reached a new ridiculous high price. I'm very glad I did. I have some joint problems, mostly hands shoulders, back. I have not been able to completely close my right hand in a couple of years. After taking this for a week, I could close my hand with minimal discomfort. After completing one full bottle, I can make a fist! I will concede that I use double the stated amount - one am, one pm. It's absolutely the best. Additionally, even though I'm doubling the dose, it's still half as much as what I was taking that didn't work near as well as this.

The taste of, ground up dried up weeds taste. Take lots of water for fast flushing down your throat to hide the taste. Maybe just for older horse to free up the joints. For people: Added better taste.

The product may work, I’m not sure yet. Only been taking a few days. I have to eat an Oreo before and after to keep from gaging. After taste is awful even for a vitamin or supplement.
