You know how every supplement says somewhere on it "Consult with your physician before taking this or any other supplement."? Well, I actually did that!As a Vine Voice reviewer, I've been testing pretty much every supplement that looks good, so at the time of the appointment with my doctor, I took a small bag with about 7 or 8 different pill bottles and showed them to him.Several of them he just set aside, saying, "I don't have any idea what this is," but this one, in particular, he liked. He said, "This is supposed to be really good for arthritis and joint pain, so it might do you some good."This is about the fourth bottle of such multi-ingredient joint pills with about the same components, but this appears to be a fairly small dose compared to, say, the next bottle that I'll be starting tomorrow that has about 3 to 4 times the amount of all of the same recipe.I have been taking a second of these capsules later on in the day, but only when I think of it.I don't know that I would recommend this exact product, but I do feel that at 62, I'm willing to keep taking these - it does seem to help keep me limber-er, so it seems like a good idea.I love that this has 150 pills, which is a generous supply for the price range, but I'm tempted by the higher dosages.

These are easy to swallow, and the value is good. The packaging was secure and intact. It's hard to know whether they are doing a proper job, but I can say that I have not experienced any of the joint issues I had before I started taking glucosamine supplements years ago.As for flavor, they don't have much.

My wife was diagnosed with osteoporosis a couple of years ago, and has been trying to take a range of supplements on a regular basis in an attempt to maintain her bone density. Overall, she likes this combination of ingredients, although the lack of vitamin K in the mix concerns her, since it is usually paired with vitamin D, and generally isn't available by itself. Because it isn't included here, it makes it harder for her take vitamin K without taking too much vitamin D. Otherwise, these work well for her, easy to swallow, with no noticeable side effects.

Been taking these for joint support and I have noticed that I do not seem to be as stiff when walking after sitting a long time. Or after sleeping at night, I can get up and walk without the usual stiffness in joints.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this supplement hoping to have several molecules known to be healthy for joints together in one formulation. However, I get very uncomfortable when I see a product with a label peeling off. And this is especially unacceptable for health supplements. If a company is unable to pay close attention to its own product presentation, who knowns what kind of attention it dedicates to the production process or what is inside it? Unfortunately, this does not seem to be a one-off situation as I have seen another product from the same distributor with the same problem (please see my short video). Furthermore, with a little due diligence, I could see that the distributors’ address in Dover, DE is a property for rent (just Google it), its 1-800 telephone number does not exist and its website seems to be bogus. I am therefore, discarding this supplement as I do not recommend it.
