We recently had a baby. Our baby is quite the caboose and 7 years younger than our last child. We had gotten rid of all of our baby things assuming we were done. So I was on the look out for something affordable, user friendly, and something that didn’t run off WiFi. After reading over reviews and waiting for a good deal, I snagged one of these. I have been so happy with my purchase. It works well. The range on it has been wonderful working all the way across my home as I work from home and my office is on the exact opposite of the home. The battery life would be the biggest complaint I had. I would charge it before I went to bed. Usually went to bed around 10 or 10:30 and it would beep that it was dead between 4:30 and 5. My baby now sleeps until 7 so it was annoying to be woken up when baby was still sleeping. I don’t have an open plug near my nightstand due to it being taken up by other things. My newest complaint started a few weeks ago. I noticed the screen would go weird, or the sound would cut out randomly. Then I started getting this screen that would say no signal. I usually could turn it off and back on and that would solve the problem. However this last week the problem got worse and now the baby monitor just turns itself off. This happened through the night and I woke to hear my baby crying, but due to closed doors in our home he had been crying for a while. I was feeling upset things weren’t working like they had been and reached out to the seller and explained my situation and what was going on. They responded within 12 hours with the option of a replacement or my money back. I’ve enjoyed the monitor so much I opted for a replacement. We will see how things go with the new one. But their customer service alone should receive 5 stars! Great company to work with.

Great product for the price. Picture quality is good, it is easy to use, and you are able to move the camera around (perfect for multiples in a room). Our old monitor had a crack in it and I kept putting off getting a new one as they are expensive and this is our last baby. We bought this about four months ago and it has been working perfectly until recently. Out of no where, the range on the monitor would no longer reach our room. I contacted the company and they immediately sent us a new one. Great customer service.

I was looking for sth that I don’t need to use my phone and sth cheap too. I got this one to give it a try but it came out to be just as good as an expensive one. The quality is soo clear, the functionality is perfect, size is perfect, you charge it and it really can go couple days without needing to charge again. A little baby move or voice you get notifications. Also it has the eco mode so you don’t have to keep it on. It turns on when baby moves or cries.

I use this to monitor my puppy when he’s in his crate. It allows me to know when he’s crying and needs to be let out! It was very easy to connect - just plug it in! The picture is clear enough to see what my puppy is up to, but by no means anywhere close security camera quality. You can’t make out any details, but I am able to tell if he’s sleeping, moving around, playing with a toy, etc. but cannot see if he has something in his mouth, has his eyes open, etc. My main criticism of this monitor is it doesn’t work well in MEDIUM light. It works good when I turn on all the lights, and it works good at night with the night vision, but in medium light conditions, like during the day when the windows are open but lights are off, it is very hard to see. I wish you could manually turn on night vision mode, but this doesn’t seem to be an option.It has fine audio, and I really like that has a battery so I can unplug and take it around the house if needed.

This monitor has worked so great for us, especially when our WiFi monitor has failed us. It’s affordable and you can still see your baby, zoom in on them, and control the volume. Battery for it is great and travels well with us. It’s nice and compact and has great range.

Charged it overnight & it works great, easy to setup, love that it's not connected to wifi so I don't have to worry about hacking of camera unlike ring, also very clear image, didn't know this but it has a lullaby setting which is a great plus

Update to my original review. The company instantly reached out to me about the monitor that we got that stopped working and sent us a replacement that arrived in just a couple of days. We have been very pleased with the first monitor we got for our daughter and customer service was very prompt in helping us get a replacement for our baby.This is the second one we got for our infant, have one in our daughters room and it works great. The one we got for our infant all of a sudden stopped working. The screen is frozen, won’t turn off, and thank goodness we could still hear the baby crying when we were downstairs. And with his I have also had an issue with the connection going out or being out of range from literally 1 room away (maybe 10 feet away max)

Camera works great. I especially like the panning and zoom functions. Also, the customer service is very fast if you have any problems.
Great little monitor!
My rate is actually 4.5 not 4! We really enjoy this monitor! It’s super easy to use, the picture is clear on the monitor. The camera it self is smooth, and can move on all directions. The menu is super easy to navigate and super easy to set up. The only reason it loses half a point, is because I wish the screen was a least a half an inch bigger! But other than that, it’s a great monitor for this price. 100% recommend.
Excellent Customer Service
We love this monitor - It's really simple to setup, no wifi or apps. The video and audio quality is good, even the night vision is decent. On these hot summer days, I like that it tells the temperature. It's pretty inexpensive compared to similar products on the market.There was an issue with our charging cord and we reached out to Vtimes directly. They responded immediately and replaced the entire unit! I was really impressed with the quality of customer service, 10/10.

Was/is great when it works
The monitor was, and is, great when it works, quality isn't anything crazy, but the eco mode is awesome.However, the monitor has started to continuously disconnect, freeze, go blank, and further glitch out. We bought it in January but didn't use it until our baby came in April, and worked great for 4 months, then its been getting progressively worse for 2 months until now we are going to have to look for another more reliable one with the baby now starting to sleep in her own room.
