This stuff really works. It feels like hairspray lol. But I’ve gone swimming, kickboxed, showered with this spray over my makeup and it really helps it hold up well! It also is nice for even just regular days because it helps prevent my makeup from getting faded and runny or creasing. I’m very happy with it.

My title for this is not me being sarcastic, that is a legitimate question that I have about this product. It sprays like aerosol hairspray. It smells like aerosol hairspray. When it initially goes on the skin it feels quite sticky like aerosol hairspray. It also burns the skin because it has such a high alcohol content (I'm assuming alcohol content is why it burns it's the only thing I can come up with). However that burning does not lead to any lasting irritation, so it's not like a chemical burn. It just stings like you sprayed rubbing alcohol on your wound except it's your whole face. Granted there would be a few people who would say that my face does look like an ax wound so I guess that makes sense. As far as the intended purpose it 100% does hold up as a setting spray. I did my makeup Saturday evening used this setting spray before I went out. I partied, very lightly because I'm 34 and old, came home and relaxed and then went to bed, got up the next day did some housework and then decided I needed to go grocery shopping; before going out to the shops The only thing I had to touch up was reapplying my lipstick and mascara. The rest of my makeup from the day before still looked quite good. So I definitely would say it is a great setting spray. However I also am wondering if I can get the exact same effect for much cheaper by going to Walmart and buying a can of rave hairspray for $3 and spraying it on my face.?? I don't hate the product by any means. I am very confused by why it really seems like hairspray. The stickiness after you apply it lasts about 20 minutes and then it doesn't feel sticky anymore. Really it only feels sticky around the eyes and the forehead so I'm assuming it's a buildup in there fine lines. Before I purchase again though I will be buying a can of rave and seeing if that does the same trick. If rave works exactly the same I won't be purchasing this product again. If rave does not give me the same results I will be purchasing this again...... So I guess that means I care more about my own beauty than I do the environment? You know what never mind that's not even a question. That's valid. Anybody who knows me would say I definitely care more about my appearance than I do the environment.

I use this just for special occasions when I need my makeup to last. Took it on a trip and ended up using it as a makeshift hairspray as well, lol. When you spray it near your hairline you notice how it holds your hair like hairspray, so.. I figured why not?

I used this in the rain, in a snow storm and in the heat. It stands the test of temperature. I love the semi matte finish it gives. The nozzle is easy to use. I love the price and will stock up on it. The only drawback is the strong floral perfume scent and taste. If they ever come out with an unscented version of this setting spray, if won’t be in stock for long. It removes the powdery finish of setting powder and brings back a skin like glow to your face. The can has fallen several times, but the aeresol can cannot be beaten!

It really works.. but really burned and hurt my face. I bought it because I heard Suni from USA gymnastics uses it so I figured it must really work!! I have semi- sensitive skin, but haven’t ever been irritated by a setting spray. I’ve tried lots from Urban Decay, Elf, Milani, etc, and haven’t ever had this reaction. It goes on like a hairspray and smells like one, too. It burned! Day one I was like, ok this is fine. The next day, I was like ok this hurts. By the time I got home from work I couldn’t wait to wash my face. Even after washing my face I still felt like my face was on fire and I actually barely slept that night bc it was still so irritated. Third day, I don’t know what I was thinking, maybe I was delirious from lack of sleep, but I sprayed it again and regretted it all day. However, I also used it to set some powder I use to cover a few small finger tattoos and it held up pretty good. Tip: after spraying, keep your eyes closed a good ten seconds.

Makeup won't move
I tried the one size setting spray but wanted better priced option.1st I was surprised at how small the can was....so I don't know if I'm saving money2nd. This feels like hairspray on your face. Is that bad? Maybe not because my makeup did not move and was almost intact after sleep.However this has caused major breakage of my hair around the hairline where my hair is bleached.I am not surprised as a hairstylist but this is important to know.3rd it's not the best to remove. I found the best way was a melting balm to get it off.So in the end I think it's great if you have an event or plan on sweating. For everyday it's a little much
Works so well
This stuff is amazing, I come home from work at the end of the day and my makeup looks exactly the same as when I put it on. That's saying a lot because I have the worse most oily skin, makeup usually doesn't last 2 hours before it's sliding off and breaking up. I've tried 4 or 5 different setting sprays in regular spray bottles and they did nothing, I didn't realize the ones in the aerosol cans are the real heavy duty "setting sprays" that actually lock it in place.The only thing I don't like about it is the smell, it smells like hairspray, and it's kind of strong. I cover my hair and clothes with a towel before I spray it because I really don't like the way it smells. But it's a small price to pay for how well it works
Do Not Buy
This is literally the worst setting spray I’ve ever used. Listen, I love setting spray. As an oily girl, I’ve used them all. I don’t care that it smells like hair spray or chemicals, if it actually worked.This made my makeup pill like spoiled milk. No matter how I prepped my face, it was sticky and never set and if I touched my face, my makeup would come off in pilled streaks. Don’t even think about getting in your hairline. It left product buildup so bad I had to wash my face AND my hair.I was looking for an affordable dupe of the one size setting spray (which i love) but this ain’t it. Don’t waste your money. You can’t return it either.
Okay, but..
I wanted to love this! So first of all, I got this because of all the hype behind it and it’s supposed to be a dupe for higher end products. Number 1, I think the spray smells horrible - like a chemical hair spray. Number 2 - no matter what I do, my hair line and whatever hair that gets residue from the setting spray and gets crunchy almost. Like a bad hairspray on your hair. Number 3 - my face feels dry after it dries down.Pros- I do feel like it helps my makeup last longer. But I wouldn’t repurchase because of the major cons.I feel like this product would be good for competitions or stage makeup that needs to stay in place and you don’t care about the smell or residue on your hair. Not for everyday!
