I've tried many B complexes in the past none have worked as well as this one and as complete I was told Years Ago by a good doctor that my B levels stay low because my body doesn't produce them, well at that time was prescribed prescription B vitamins and yes very pricey, so I went on a search for a good one this one has everything has been the best not overly pricey and best of all American made and I feel like I can trust the brand,.

Efficacy is the most important but the hardest to determine with any health supplement. The one inidcator I have for B-complex is not something that's pleasant to write in a review as it pertains to the color of a certain bodily fluid. Nevertheless, it suggests to me that a products is working and this product checks that box. Given that similar products priced much lower than this fulfill the same need, I do dock some points. This is a vegan product but I am not a vegan. I award high flavor points for the fact that I didn't taste it. All in all, I have no complaints about this product.

Vitamin B complex plus it work for me it taste did not bother me the quality. I wish it was more. I slept fine and I had a lot of energy.

I purchased this vitamin thinking it would make me feel better. I started feeling so exhausted I could barely go on throughout my day and my fingers and toes were tingling all the time. I was moody and had a forever headache... Needless to say, I felt much much worse. Come to find out my b12 levels were well over 1200! Normal levels are 211-900. I stopped taking it immediately. Word of caution, just speak to your doctor first.
