Looks as advertised. Tastes better compared to other brands but it is sweet so don’t drink it before a meal since it’ll definitely affect your appetite. We use it as in between meal supplements to add more protein to the diet since we were trying to keep the weight on during treatment. Really helps to have one of these on those off days when you don’t feel like eating anything. Would recommend.

I’m 80 yrs old and like most elderly people living on their own, I don’t cook super-healthy meals anymore. I drink one protein drink a day, plus my multivitamins, and eat as healthy as I can. I’m in better shape than all of my friends (who are young than me)!

These are always not very smooth, but the most recent order was worse than usual, with big lumps even after vigorous shaking. The flavor is mid on the best of days (so much protein, so few carbs. but it's really a concentrated protein source) but the lumps make it intolerable.

Was just what my Husband needed to recover and he loves the taste. Me, well I can pass on the taste BUT if what you need is protein then this is the best way to get it. And, like I said, Hubby loves it so, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!! It also arrived quickly and intact so that’s always a plus. Thank you so much.

Good flavor but hard to shake enough to blend settled clumps on bottom. Good value but doesn't taste as good as Premier Protein or Fairlife

I don't necessarily want to drink a big pile of sugar in the morning, but I'm not always wild about protein drinks that clearly taste like protein drinks - almost a little chalky. This one has a very nice vanilla flavor and does have that protein drink tinge, but really isn't too bad. I'm not going to slam one for dessert, but it's enjoyable. I also appreciate that it's 160 calories - filling enough that I could just drink this in the morning to get me going, but could also enjoy it along with something else. A few of the others I've tried are up in the 250-350 calorie range which makes me hesitant to have anything else with it. Overall, I enjoy these and like having them as option to start the day.
