I had problems with the excruder but flashforge and Bolo took care of it and now I have a great printer all I need now is a enclosure kit and a camera and it will be better

Firmware updates make wifi printing useless which is one of its best features don't buy every other update cause issues

This was my first 3d printer. I put weeks or research in to decide what I wanted to buy. I ended up getting the Adventurer 5m Pro because of all the extras it offered for the price like the camera, enclosure, etc. The first 3 or 4 days it was perfect. It printed without issue. After that the screen randomly starts to freeze during prints. The print will continue, but it loses all logic. You can not change anything on screen or connect to the printer via wifi or any other way. It's a real pain. Customer service is sending me a new motherboard to see if it will fix it. I have spent so much in extras on top of the printer that I'd really prefer to keep it. I've spent almost $500 on the printer and $500 in extras including 4 extra nozzles, 2 extra build plates, and 20 rolls of filament. That's not counting the hours put in printing parts specifically for the printer. The good is that it does come with a ton of extras compared to some and prints fast with pretty good quality. You really can't get more features with any other company for the price point. The bad is the lack of a decent mobile app. There is an app, but you can't do anything. The camera won't connect for me to view 95% of the time. Occasionally I can see what's happening on camera, but not often. Having a camera and not being able to actually use it sucks. So far customer service has responded well and fast, but we'll see. If we get the issues sorted out, I may come back and update this review. At this point, I'm considering just returning the entire printer and taking a loss on everything I've purchased specifically for it. I would then buy a bambu labs, as that seems the be the standard. When this printer works like it should, it's awesome! Good price, easy to use, lots of extras. We'll see how it plays out.
Brilliant
A few weeks ago I purchased a flashforge 4 pro and I really liked the quality of the build and the unit was really big compared to the 5 pro .I sent the 4 back because on initial set up the ribbon got trapped and was forcing the head unit to make a loud banging and clonking noise . The nozzle also after calibration scratched the metal bed and caused grooving so I sent it back and bought a 5 pro.On delivery I noticed that the unit was a lot smaller in size but was impressed again by the design and quality . After setting it up which was extremely easy with the instruction booklet and it was a breeze I carried out my first test print cube and then a benchy . Wow I could not believe the speed of this and the quality of the print . It was extremely fast and I was gobsmacked at the difference to the 4 . I have never owned a 3f printer before the 4 and now the 5 and I’m so impressed with how easy it is . It would be nice if they made this print multi colours and also if they didn’t have the filament on the rear increasing the depth but apart from that it’s brilliant and would highly recommend anyone just thinking of starting out like me .
Absolutely amazing 3D Printer
This 3D printer is just amazing. Super easy to setup snd it just prints! The quality of the printer itself is great as well as the prints it delivers. Its also super easy to upgrade with kits from Flashforge and parts you can print yourself. The Orca Flash software is also very easy to use and makes complex prints easier. 100% the best 3D printer for the price.

eccellente finalmente le istruzioni in Italiano bene imballata inserimento e cambio filamento perfetto con tanti tipi di filo non riescono a un Kg ma e meno istallazione semplice il piano atacca sdubito ; sperando per il seguito calibratura perfetta con il piano velocita di stampa strepitosa il prezzo per la struttura lo merita dovrebbe stampare in qualsiasi temperatura ambiente con la doppia ventilazione anche non consigliata rumore per il sonno si un pochino si sente che e viva riconnoscimeto filo e spegnimento ottimo per lo spegnimento rimane accesa piu di cosi
Estupenda
Es la primera impresora 3D que he tenido. Llevo aproximadamente 1 mes con ella y ya he hecho muchas piezas, grandes, pequeñas, mezclando colores y marcas de pla y todas ellas sin problema salvo 1 carrete negro que se me atascaba. Tras varios días de intentos (no nos engañemos, cuando tienes problemas es cuando aprendes) cambié a un negro de otra marca y fin de los problemas. Es relativamente rápida, aunque el tiempo siempre depende del slicer que uses y como lo configures. Las piezas, cuando aprendes de apreciar los detalles quedan muy bien, especialmente si puedes evitarte los soportes.El programa de android, flasmaker te permite ver la evolución de la pieza y sin ser fantástico, cumple. Puedes enviarle los ficheros por wifi.La cama tiene bien agarre y es magnética, de quita y pon, lo que viene muy bien.Solo echo en falta que pudiera imprimir algunas piezas de mayor tamaño. Está limitada a un cubo de 22cm.En caso de irse la luz, vuelve al punto donde se quedó.Para mi, es un 9.Para el 10, le falta que la funda del hilo no golpeara la tapa superior... Para que esto no ocurra hay que dejarla algo abierta.
