The Elite Gourmet ECT5322 Long Slot 4 Slice Toaster has been a fantastic addition to our kitchen! The 2 extra wide 1.25" toasting slots are perfect for accommodating thicker bread like Texas Toast, bagels, and specialty breads. Whether it’s a morning bagel or a hearty slice of toast, everything fits easily without having to jam it in.The capacitive touch screen is a modern touch, and the defrost and bagel functions make toasting super convenient. We noticed that some reviews mentioned there was no bagel function, but ours does have a bagel button that works really well! It toasts the inside while leaving the outside soft and warm, which is exactly how we like it. The defrost feature is also a lifesaver for frozen breads, making them toast up perfectly.The countdown timer and 6 adjustable toasting levels are fantastic for getting the perfect level of browning every time, whether you prefer it slightly warm or dark and crunchy.One of our favorite features is the retractable warming rack. I ordered three since two were missing some of the rubber feet on bottom. Should be four pieces. Toaster is cheap looking, light weight, and works great! Sure, not all spots are brown but it's good enough AND I did not want a wide spaced toaster for bagels etc! It says it's for all sized bread etc but it seems narrower and it's great for me. I wanted a toaster like when I was a kid. Not wide where it takes forever to toast thinner bread! It doesn't get hot on outside! I have to exchange it though because two of the four rubber things on the bottom are missing, no surprise since they don't fit in tightly. Good enough for the money. Cord is kinda short. Rubber pieces/feet can fall out. The company needs quality control!

This is the perfect 2 slice toaster. Compact for the small kitchen with limited counter top space. It's easy to use and will do sandwich bread slices, English muffins and even bagels! Nice wide slots. 6 settings of toast browning levels and I appreciate the quick cancel button in case I see it getting too dark. It also has the crumb tray on the bottom which I find incredibly important for cleaning. No more turning it upside down and shaking the crumbs out! Works great for me!

Bagel rack
I wanted a toaster with lateral facing controls, levers on the sides, this one fits the requirements. Knob set at 4 (~2 minutes 40 seconds) toasted sliced bread just right. Like all toasters I'd used, the center facing side is a bit darker than the outside. Turn the knob and press the bagel button would switch on only the center heaters and add about 30 seconds toasting time. The crumb tray can be slid off completely to clean. I will find use for the rack later. I did a few dry runs to get rid of the "factory" smell before use. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the purchase. We'll see about longevity.
Voltage not for the UK!
Chose this as it had exactly the same body as my current toaster, but a different brand. Was very disappointed I had to return it as it had the wrong plug on the end for the UK. I bought an adapter, then discovered the toaster has the WRONG VOLTAGE too, being only 120v . Why is it available here, when it won't function here. It nearly blew up when I plugged it in!
