We personally do not like to have a ton of toys that make sounds and have lights as they can be really overstimulating in unison. This Little People playset fits the bill perfectly! There are no batteries required, so no lights and sounds, requiring the child to play with the toy and use their imagination. We have several other Little People sets and we always enjoy mixing and matching the characters across sets. The parts are not too small so they are safe for a 1 year old who still puts everything in his mouth.

It's a great addition to her toy set. It pairs nicely with her Little People school bus. She's enjoying the fun actions she can perform with the set. It's a simple set with no bells or whistles, just fun activities for great imagination play. She's enjoying combining the characters with her other little people. The set is sturdy and the design is well thought out.

Fisher Price never disappoints with the thought and details they put into their toys. This play school has so many things that kids can relate to. There is a story rug and an art easel. There is also a cafeteria line that changes into a craft table. At the top of the toy is a dial that changes the weather from sunny to rainy. One of the best things about the Little People toys is that you can use them together, and ours looks like we have an entire school full of children right now! This is a great addition to the Little People toys.
