I use the saline to moisturize and clear my lungs with the nebulizer. The higher 7% works much better than 3% for me. After subscribing, I found similar products for much lower cost. This brand is fine, so a good choice if price isn't an issue.

Unfortunately this made my breathing worse and I even had to use a different solution to help get my breathing in order. All it did was make me cough uncontrollably and my chest really tight to the point that I couldn't feel air enter my lungs.

The media could not be loaded. At 7%, these are in the higher tier of saline in the solution range.I used with a portable nebuliser that I normally use salbutamol (for asthma) solutions.Saline content must be quite high, as my throat went dry straight away and my nose was dripping. when I licked my lips, they were very salty tasting - to be expected I guess from saline. Under the right conditions these ampoules will deliver the right results For me on this occasion, I didn't feel much benefit and that's probably because I'm used to a different medicinal solution and was expecting results geared to them. Long expiry date - 2025 January
