My parent in laws are always hosting game nights at their house and this was perfect for their bar. During games and a couple of drinks in, this was a hit. Very sturdy good quality game. Packaging also made this very gift-able.

My son who turned three recently has been playing with table top and other types of games for quite some time now. He also loves sports such as baseball, basketball and football, so when I saw this pop up in my feed, I knew he was going to love it.The game itself can be either a one or two player. So when he has his little friend come over, she can play with him together. It comes with a couple of little footballs that you propel through the field goal. Takes some skill and getting used to, but definitely fun to play for kids and even adults.

When I was a kid, it was a fun passtime to fold up a paper football and play across the table at lunch or while waiting for school to start in the morning (hey, this was before cell phones, don't judge). This mini tabletop field goal game (while slightly awkwardly named) brings a much more advanced version of that tabletop paper football game into the 21st century.The game itself is quite fun, competing to score the most field goals in a given time. The electronic scoring can tell when the balls go through the uprights and award points accordingly while keeping time as well. The set is very well designed with good attention to detail - the field, goal posts, and included balls all look awesome - this definitely isn't paper football anymore! It also seems to be well made as far as one of these games go and should last reasonably well, even with the heavy use kids can put things to.That said, the game does get a bit stale after a while. Making the field goals isn't THAT challenging (not like shooting baskets on a small hoop or something), so it really comes down to just a race, game after game. Which is fun, but perhaps not dedicated game fun - and this isn't one of the cheapest games out there (especially given the electronics built into it).So all in all, I can recommend the game for big football fans or huge tabletop gaming fans - but the more casual fan may want to make sure it's something that won't get quickly relegated to the sidelines. However, if you have great memories of flicking folded paper through finger goal posts, this could be just the right game for you - give it a try today in that case!

What is pictured is what you get, a small tabletop game for up to 2 players, "kicking" field goals.Pros:- Sound affects- 1 and 2 player mode- Ample FootballsCons:- There are no middle blockers to separate player 1 and 2, despite the entire game having slots cut out as if there should be some- The backboard falls out easily when the game is played repetitively- Lackluster alternative game modesIf you want a small table toy to keep kids entertained for 5 minutes, this fits the bill. If you want longer use and enjoyment, and something that feels sturdy/well built, I would look elsewhere.

Great tabletop football game that is sturdy and so easy to use. Fun for all ages this is great for family game nights. My 8 yr old son also loves this and plays is a lot. Great indoor fun that I highly recommend and would make an awesome gift.

Pro'sThe game sets up readily and easily. The base seems quality enough and holds up relatively okay during play. The balls flip through the air and cross the indicator and tally on the board without issue.Con'sThe backboard and edges seem low quality and almost unfinished. The balls get stuck easily and don't readily roll back but if they do roll back they interfere with shooting. The walls setup on the outside but there are slots ready to accept additional walls on the inside that are not there, which gives it more of this unfinished look. No batteries included. You will need to get a screwdriver to open the battery compartment, as with all toys.I would say with the value being represented and the quality received that it loses a star or two, as the game as a whole has a slight cheapness and unfinished type look and feel. It retains 4 stars as it does work as intended without issue and is enjoyable to play which is the primary reason for purchasing.

This is an over-priced, simple little game that is none-the-less fun. Some slightly futzy assembly of the plastic and cardboard parts is required (a mild pain), but once together it's a fun little family activity. Perfect for a rainy afternoon or family gathering, as all ages are drawn to the simple, yet competitive, football flick concept. Given the price tag, a few extra footballs would have been nice, as they're easy to lose, or take a chunk out of the light foam. (Seriously, these things must cost all of 2 cents each, you can't throw in 8?) The automatic scoring is a little inconsistent, but fun, and hypes the back and forth competition.If this were half the price, I'd actually recommend it highly, and can see it being a fun Santa gift that kind of brings all ages together for a game or three, but it really is asking a lot for a very simple, and not that sturdy, set-up.
