The price is great, bought this for a grandma in a nursing home so you know how those have a tendency to disappear. Easy to setup and has a decent amount of options. It said it came with 16GB but is says 8gb of internal storage for loading cards. I added an additional 32 GB but not sure I really need it. The cord was a little short so I added a USB extension. You can set up email addresses to send new photos to the frame from, it works pretty good but sometimes is a bit buggy. I like that you can set the time for the pictures to pause before changing but I don't the the randomizer works that great as I see a lot of repeats as it rolls through the pictures.It works and I think she'll love it.

I ordered this for a Christmas present. When I got it, it would not turn on. I tried the reset button a couple of times and I was able to get it turned on. I was able to download the app and spent two hours uploading pictures. Everything seemed to be working fine and then within 20 minutes it just shut off and would not turn back on. So much waste of time and now I don’t have a Christmas gift for my mom on Christmas. I thought this would be such a thoughtful heartfelt gift that she would love. And it won’t even work. So disappointed.

We purchased mom and dad a Kodak digital frame several years ago and it worked but it was difficult to load to pictures on and not the easiest to program. December 2023 I ordered the Frameo Digital Photo Frame 10.1 Inch for mom and dad and it's WONDERFUL! It was easy to set up, and incredibly easy to add photo's to it. I love the fact that I can from my phone send pictures to mom and dad's digital frame and not only can they see the pictures instantly, they are added to the photo rotation on the picture frame. They have had the frame nearly 9 months and it works perfect and the ease of set up and use is incredible. I no longer dread adding pictures to their digital frame.I recently ordered another one and again, it's super easy to set up and add photo's. The software allows you to provide your friends and family with the Frameo code so they too can send photo's to your photo frame!!! So so easy to use!
Great gift for the grandparents
So far this product is a 5star. Easy setup and the app is great. Add 1 photo at a time or 10. Great way to keep family updated with precious moments. I would buy again.
Bought 2 to test & this one was way better
The colour & speed of videos on the screen were way better than another competitors. Would go with this one again for a gift. Wish you could create album playlists so that depending on the day you can pick an album of photos on the frame to play (Holidays, summer, nature, just family, etc) vs every image you uploaded all looping over and over

Product advertised USB as an option for uploading pics. Product does NOT have USB port that actually fits USBs. Screen is also damaged. Huge waste of money
