Let me just start off by saying that I had the Lenovo Chromebook flex 11. It had came to its demise earlier this year as it wouldn’t stay on for more than 2 minutes without the screen completely blacking out. This laptop is such a huge upgrade. I am currently using it for school. The battery life is amazing. Touch screen works great. Screen is crystal clear. It’s 14 inches instead of the 11 inches that my other laptop was. It’s a great laptop and I am very happy with the quality.

After a year, I still like this chromebook. I like the looks, and the size. My last one was bigger and much heavier. This one does not heat up too much, like others, either. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars: the keyboard letters started rubbing off much too soon. If I were not an experienced typist, who knows where each key is, I would be in trouble. The "t" is actually totally gone and has been for a few months. Some of the keys sound "crunchy" at times. I occasionally have trouble with the touch screen and have to resort to the mouse or pad, but it eventually works again. I don't expect it will work out for me more than another year. I'd hoped for more. It is low priced, but if only good for 2 years, that is a hundred bucks a year, and I'd like better. This def is a brand I like.

I have had this for a couple of weeks. This is my 5th chromebook and I have never had trouble with any of the others. This one keeps freezing up on me and I have to close it down so I can start over. I rarely return anything but I did want to return this. Just to be aware that if you buy this piece of junk that you have to return it in the original packaging.!!!!!! Who keeps packaging for a week or 10 days? I will just toss this and think before ordering on Bolo for electronics. I will get a new one at best buy or somewhere else.
