I have some deck string lights that I needed to attach to metal deck railing. These stick on "hooks" work quite well and have yet to fall off or otherwise succumb to the elements. Very happy with the quality.

These are great hooks however, the wires need to be very small. And my light wire was a little too large. So sadly I had to return them. But they would be great for fairy lights.

I had a set of similar lights/lanterns that I got at IKEA 7-8 years ago. They finally deteriorated in the Vegas sun. These clips are outstanding for holding up my new set of lights.I chose not to use the included double sided adhesive strips because I’m not confident of them holding up in the hot desert weather. My go to choice are the Command Strips because I’ve had terrific success in the past. And you can see from my photos how I apply them to these clips.These clips are wonderful for my purpose and the price is excellent. Great product.
