About this item:
Materials: Made of high quality material.Sturdy and durable.
Modification Parts: A common complaint for Fanatec CSL throttle pedal in particular is it is very 'light' and this mod will add some extra resistance and make the pedal feel more realistic and allow you to adjust the resistance/feel/
Feature: This mod can help improvement the feel of your throttle (accelerator) pedal or non load cell brake pedal (if you have the load cell kit then this will be your clutch. The dampener adds adjustable resistance to the pedals.
Suitable for: Fanatec CSL Throttle/Clutch/Non-LC (Load Cell) Pedal (Please note: due to the lubricant inside the damper, there may be lubricant overflow when using, this is normal, please do not place an order if you mind).
Packing includes: 1 x Dampener Mod and 1 x Hard Spring (Some customers feel that the springs are not hard enough, so we have a choice of harder springs, it depending on your needs).

5.0 out of 5 stars Works Great on Fanatec CSL Accelerator Pedal
This is an easy upgrade to add some much needed resistance to the CSL accelerator pedal for not much money. It does create some noise, however, it shouldn't be super creaky and loud. If you are experiencing very loud creaky sound after installation, loosen the attachment hardware some and continue loosening and testing until the noise is gone (or fairly silent). Overtightening of the attachment hardware is what caused some crazy creaky noise upon my first installation. After loosening, the noise has been greatly minimized.
4.0 out of 5 stars Not perfect but gets the job done
Works as intended and adds a good amount of much needed stiffness to the none LC brake pedal and/or throttle pedal. One drawback is, like others have mentioned regarding these dampers, that they do make noise and a decent amount. If your racing F1 or other GT style racing that requires smooth brake/throttle application it isn’t to bad but it is always noticeable - you will hear it. Other drawback is that while the resistance is improved you can feel the damper/spring not be perfectly smooth while depressing the throttle making it not feeling very natural at times.Over all if you need to stiffen up your non LC brake/throttle it will do the job and do it pretty well considering the price but if your able to afford the LC, specifically for the brake, that is most likely the way to go in the long run.
5.0 out of 5 stars Best damper I've bought
Super clean and easy to install perfect fit on my fanatec cal pedals
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfecto!!
This is exactly what was needed for my Fanatec CSL pedals! Feels more like a real accelerater
4.0 out of 5 stars Inexpensive Upgrade
This is probably one of the cheapest ways to add resistance to your Throttle pedal. I like it as it helps me build muscle memory instead of pressing against a pedal with zero resistance. It doesn't produce a bit of noise when in use, which I think is due to being a cheap product, you will see it flex too. But it does its job and I'm not complaining too much about it.
5.0 out of 5 stars perfect mod/upgrade
installs in seconds and performs like a dream! exactly what throttle needed. highly recommend!!using the more stout spring with it preloaded about 1/3rd, and there is virtually zero noise like i have seen people say in other reviews.
4.0 out of 5 stars Yes it's noisy but love the feel.
Vastly improves the gas pedal feel of Fanatec CSL pedal. Yes it is loud but whn playing I hear nothing. really feels like a gas pedal. Very adjustable and comes with a stonger spring. I'm good with the lesser one.
4.0 out of 5 stars Works good
Works good, 1st package came there was nothing in it lol but over all good
I kinda like it
Works okay. Have to fill up oil and it make a lot of noise. Good thing I play with a vr and headphones
Works as intended
Made a big difference to the standard CSL peddles. The noise is not that bad at all and not noticable while playing.
Massive Change in Trail Braking Precision
This has improved my Trail Braking immensely after a few practice sessions to get use to the fell, with the hard spring managed to get 0.450 off my personal best. Yes it does induce some noise but it makes sense, but I did find that most noise was due to over tightening the bolts putting unnecessary pressure on the 3d printed parts, loosen them up a little to the point you don't hear the squeaking noise and you're left with the spring noise, that's normal and it's not as bad as some mention.Great cheap upgrade that improves your trail braking feel and control for sure!
Does the job well
Added some much needed resistance and control to my CSL accelerator pedal. I can play F1 games without TC again. It's not super smooth but it's a great mod that takes makes the pedal usable. Installs easily enough.Noise isn't too bad in the context of all the other noises going on with force feedback IMO, I can't hear it when I'm playing.
