About 4 days after I started taking this magnesium I noticed I started to develop huge, cystic acne on my chin. The type that is deep under the skin and very painful. You can’t pop it and it takes weeks to heal. I researched this online and it turns out this happens to a lot of people. It’s not necessarily the brand, it happens among many brands. I stopped taking the magnesium and my skin went back to normal besides the acne on my chin that is still healing. I guess magnesium supplements can cause an increase in testosterone and this could be part of the problem. Unfortunately the acne this causes me is so bad that it’s not possible to continue taking this. I’m going to have to find another way to get magnesium. I Still gave the company five stars though because it could just be my skin. It may not necessarily be the company’s fault. I’m sure there’s plenty of people who take this and it doesn’t happen to them. I wanted to post this review in case anyone else is experiencing this while taking the supplement and is clueless as to why.

I really like this magnesium and its worked very welll for me so I'm glad I feel safe ordering this from them!Original review: All the softgels in the bottle are melted together and I'm not able to get any out to take them. I actually quite like these, and while they didn't do what I was hoping for (I was hoping for a more intense bm than I get with fiber gummies), I think they'll be helpful as a preventative measure if I take them more regularly in the future. I like the taste, it's surprisingly close to real raspberries and I haven't noticed an aftertaste. The texture is closer to gum drops than gummy bears, with just a hint of chalkiness like tums, which I don't mind, but some reviewers seem to really hate.The top ingredients are indeed glucose syrup, sugar, water, and pectin, which are all the ingredients I'd expect to see in a gummy version of a supplement. Idk why yall expected it to not be "candy"- that's what these always are, the candy is the vehicle for the vitamin. If that's not for you, then find a pill 🤷 but 2g of sugar per gummy certainly isn't going to kill you.Overall, I think I'd buy again, especially if they end up being good for maintenance as I hope they will.

I’ve tried just about everything to help me get to and stay asleep. Nothing worked! Until this product! Every night I fall asleep quickly and every morning I awaken well rested. Great product! I highly recommend it.

I got these for my 13 year old boys, to solve the pill swallowing problem. Magnesium came at the recommendation of both our chiropractor and pediatrician! One suffers some seasonal asthma, and they both struggle with sleeping. The boys had been come dependent on melatonin gummies, so they’ve been taking magnesium pills for about a year or so. We weren’t aware gummies were an option, but I’m so glad they are! They woke up in the best mood I’ve seen in years!

Since I order refills when I’m getting low on something it may take me a while to open the newest bottle, so imagine my surprise at seeing an empty capsule in the first handful of supplements. I’m flummoxed as to what to do about it because I’ve never had it happen before. But here it is and I didn’t get the 60 capsules I paid for. What now?UPDATE: I ran across one super capsule and wonder how this bottle ever got past inspection. In the far right picture you see the empty capsule, regular one, and one that looks double packed and is much bigger than the rest. I’m not sure the dosage accuracy and I am not confident in continuing this brand, so no reordering for this one.
Small and effective for sleep!!
Magnesium Glycinate is great if you have trouble sleeping; it's a game changer. Bought these for my mum as she couldn't take the ones I take because of their size. Anyway, these are easy to swallow and the lenght of her sleep has improved dramatically! Highly recommend.
