This item arrived on time and was packaged well including instructions. It included mounting hardware and a heavy duty sticky mount. Either method or both, can be utilized to secure it to the wall. I only used the sticky wall mount. It works well, is functional and looks great. My mom uses the top tray to hold flushable wipes, but you can use the tray for your phone, glasses etc. I plan on purchasing another one for my second restroom! Affordable and functional.

The toilet paper holder is well made and sturdy. The tape used to adhere to the wall is quite strong, we didn’t have to use the screws that came with it. The only thing I would change is the actual arm where the roll of paper goes on. It is flat and that makes the rolling harder, I would have made it round.

The piece that actually holds the toilet paper for it to go around is square so it doesn’t roll smoothly and it makes an annoying sound. Why wouldn’t it be round?

I purchased a black similar item for our main bathroom. We needed a silver one for master bathroom, so we ordered this one. It is very flimsy compared to the other one, but it serves the purpose.
