    I had to modify the door for the install but other than that it was easy to install and setup. Works well and is easy to add/remove codes.

    I changed all of our entry doors to smart handles. I chose this one for the garage since you can lock it from the outside and forget about it from the inside. Unfortunately, the forgetting about it makes it a pain when you have kids visiting and needing to use the garage door! Otherwise very sturdy, simple to install and set up and I like the way the handle feels. Very garage like but not manly, if that makes sense!

    The strike plate is impossible to line up and it's completely different than standard doors. After trying to move the strike plate back by cutting out a hole farther back to correctly accommodate the lock, it still does not work and the locking mechanism won't align to lock. I'm either going to have to call a professional to fix it or just throw it away. Very disappointing...

    I received the item pretty fast was pretty easy to put together comes with paper instructions as well as a scan that it’ll take you to a video to show you how to operate it. Just need to pay attention to what is asking you, but was easy to operate for the price very good value, no complaints so far
