About this item:
Our Maple Sugar is made only from our Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. Nothing else added, all natural. The process of making sugar involves taking finished maple syrup and boiling it down even further until it reaches about 260 degrees, then cooling and stirring as it crystallizes. After cooling we sift to remove larger granules. These maple sprinkles are the large chunks that are left. They can be used the same as maple sugar in your coffee or tea plus they make a great topping on ice cream or yogurt. Our maple syrup is processed in the traditional way in small batches with utmost attention to quality and purity. We strive to boil the sap the same day it is collected and we use stainless steel tanks, fittings, pans, and utensils to produce the purest tasting maple syrup available
- We manage our sugar maple forest for sustainability and conservation. Many of our trees are over 100 years old and we want to ensure they'll be around for another 100! These maple sprinkles are delicious and a healthy alternative to refined sugar and we are sure you will enjoy them!

Oh my goodness, really good. I make little Pancakes and sprinkle this on them while cooking, put a sausage patty and egg between 2 and wala at home McGridle... way cheaper 😋 and just as good, if not better.

I have been wanting maple waffles, the kind that give big maple flavor in every bite. These achieved just that! I have used them in waffles and pancakes. I do feel they are a bit expensive, at least for my use. I use about 1/3 of the bottle in my waffle recipe.
