I really enjoyed this rc excavator. It came with lights sounds a screw driver and two sets of batteries. I really like the design of the toy it is very nice to play with or take stunning photos with like this one up here. Though I will say the size is a 1:20 scale model. The remote control is simple and easy to use. I would definitely recommend buying this for a younger sibling or a family member who likes construction toys!

The first dump trunk I got proved impossible to replace the battery and charging cord together behind the front grill of truck but the seller promptly agreed to replace it and the new one arrived just 2 days after I reported the issue. It arrived extremely well boxed and protected without excess packaging. and does everything advertised. it also seems well built but i can't yet comment on long term durability.Set up is pretty easy and it even comes with a screw driver because the remote control requires a Phillips head screw driver to remove the truck remote control battery compartment cover. The truck also comes with 2 rechargeable batteries and and a micro USB cord to charge them. After you slide off the front grill of the truck there is an open compartment with a cord that plugs into the cord attached to the rechargeable battery. But it is here that there is a bit of difficulty and why I took off one star. The replacement truck, unlike the original, did allow me to replace both the battery and charging cord so that i could replace the front grill but getting both the battery and cord inside together can be a bit difficult and could possibly break one of the cords if not done properly. For this reason I don't believe a young child should attempt to do this and instead will require assistance from an adult. If only the compartment was made slightly larger this issue could be quickly resolved. Instructions are fair.As for the truck functions, they are a blast. It has lights and truck sounds which can both be turned on or turned off. separately. Managing the drive and direction changes is extremely easy and the dump function worked flawlessly.If not for the difficulty with installing and replacing the rechargeable battery this would definitely merit a full 5 starts.As for the seller, I say kudos and give them a full 5 stars. The transaction was flawless and I think my grandson will love this truck. It is much easier to control than other radio controlled vehicles he has had plus it looks fantastic.

The toy is so realistic it looks exactly like a mini excavator and the remote offers a variety of controls for movement and digging and lights. My nepphew loved this present and he played with it all day and even brought it to the park with us!

This is an awesome birthday gift for my 6 year old boy. He has been playing non stop for days which means we are grateful for the included 2 batteries which seem to last a long time! The moment on this excavator is great, it's slower and very detailed. My son likes to use it to pick up Legos and rice.Be aware, it is pretty loud for noise sensitive persons and extra loud when he pushes the sound effects. It also requires 2 AA batteries for the remote, but the 2 batteries for the excavator are rechargeable.

Bucket is flimsy won’t hold up much sand at all. Disappointed for what I paid. Key point of this rc is to hold things in the bucket and it doesn’t do that. There are more that are cheaper but you would think for $50 this one would be better quality.

So I bought this to play with grand kids…. Welp I have as much fun as they do. It sits in the garage and I have had several friends swing by and play with it while I was working on something. This is a great big kid toy to. Yes it’s a little smaller than I thought, but it’s still a lot of fun. I need other equipment now to run a crew in the sand.

I recently purchased the Remote Control Excavator Construction Toy for my son, and while we were excited to try it out, it left us feeling a bit underwhelmed. The toy isn’t as smooth or powerful as we had hoped. The controls are a bit clunky, and the excavator struggles with even basic tasks like digging up sand. Instead of smoothly scooping, it often just scrapes the surface without really getting the job done.Another issue we encountered is how difficult it is to stop the excavator precisely at the point where you want it to hold something. It’s tricky to control, and more often than not, it either overshoots or doesn’t quite reach the target. This made it frustrating for my son, who just wanted to play without constantly adjusting the controls to try and get it right.While the concept of the toy is great and it looks cool, the lack of power and precision really detracts from the fun. If you’re looking for a toy that can effectively dig and perform construction tasks as advertised, this one might not meet your expectations.
