Great blender shaker with sieve that prevents ice coming through the opening. It makes this extra special. Teenage son loves to use these with him and school for his shakes and water. Easy to clean by hand or in dishwasher, functions easily, great size and quality.

Not a whole lot to say about it; it's a shaker bottle. It does what it's supposed to do, and five bucks is a pretty tough price to beat! I love how many colors it's available in too. I can't see any real reason to buy a more expensive one.

As part of a new workout routine, I added protein shakes in, and discovered that I needed a shaker bottle! With that, I went to trusty Bolo, and looked for the right choice for myself. What do I find? This guy! On sale for 7 dollars no less!So of course I go ahead and pull the trigger. When it comes in the mail, I open it and immediately smell death. The plastic smell upon first opening was horrendous. But that's not something that sticks around after a first wash. Let's break down the full opinion on this into the good, the bad, and the meh.The good:- it works! It is possible to mix things in this bottle.- the seal is STRONG.- I'm not sure if the hexagonal filter at the top really does work to break up large chunks, but I've definitely not dealt with any large chunks of dust falling into my mouth.- rubberized texturing around the lid makes it very comfortable to tighten and loosen the lid.The bad:- that odor upon opening!- not all powder gets fully incorporated, I've dealt with clumps at the very bottom of the bottle multiple times.The meh:- Really not sure about that hexagonal "filter"- lots of parts to clean- shaking it introduces a lot of air, your drink can wind up very foamy. I'm personally not a fan of this but it's not a huge deal.- the shaker ball has a small hole in it. This causes me to worry about bacteria and other things getting into that hole that I can't really wash.- the seal when closing is very firm, but it doesn't seem to be based on a gasket or anything, so the top cap may wear down to the point that it no longer seals the drinking spout fully.Final thoughts: go for it! It's cheap! And it does work.

This bottle I got for my husband who is just starting out his workout experience, I got this one because it came with the ball to mix the drink better.It also comes with a Big holes “strainer” or “sifter” so the powder doesn’t go in really chunky. Which I find greatIt’s easy to clean, but I do use a straw cleaning brush to get into the tiny corners of the ball.The reason I gave it a 4 is because my husband has used and has been cleaned about 12 times since buying and the words are slowing washing off as well, so it would have been a bit better if the words were a bit more durable.
