Berberine is a good supplement to take for certain conditions and with this amount of absorption its hard not to notice. I have known and used Solarray products so I have some trust.1 capsule per serving with 30 servings.Good ingredient list.Lab tested and GMP.I had no adverse reactions to this product.

There are 30 capsules, dosage is one per day.Installation/setup: Take supplement as directed.Final thoughts: I’ve taken these for about a week. The internet says when taken by mouth, Berberine is possibly safe for most adults. It's been used safely in doses up to 1.5 grams daily for 6 months. The pills came with loose powder all over. I can taste the bitterness of the powder outside the capsules. The pills also came partially filled. Also, I got stomach issues with this brand.

Berberine has become a little trendy since it’s been compared to Ozempic, but I think it really lives up to the hype. I’m interested in it for the digestive support and the increased absorption and being from a trusted brand give me peace of mind that I’m on the right track.

Got headaches and burning hunger in pit of stomach. Found it much harder to stay on any type of diet because the only way to get rid of the burning is to eat. Tried it with food, diff times of day, skipping days etc. Nothing works. And since to make post GB removal "D" worse. I know there are diff types of berberine and I've tried them all.
