    When tested, it only works when the microphone is directly in front of my mouth. If it is held in any other position or attached to my lapel, it doesn't seem to pick up my voice. Since I have ALS and am often on a non-invasive ventilator with a mask, it doesn't work for me. I need something that can pick up my voice even with the ventilator mask on and project my voice loudly and understandably in a crowded setting. I missed my return window so unfortunately, I can't return it. It seems to be a good product (hence the 4 stars) but is not useful for how we intended to use it.

    I bought it and used it the whole year and it did wonders for my voice. Thanks!The sound quality isn't the best though and sometimes gives me chills...plus gives feedback often. Bur charges easily and stays on for long! And easy to work. So if you need it you can trust this option
