5.0 out of 5 stars Totally worth
I have been using thermalright products for a while now and their coolers do not disappoint: more than enough performance at a fair price. In my country, a gamemax cooler (or from any other chinese brand) costs more than what I paid for this, so it turned out to be extremely convenient. It feels very good quality, looks very good, and performs quite well; My 5600 at 4.5ghz gives 28° at idle and under load it goes up to 57° with cinebench, so it will definitely hold up to much more powerful processors. I read some low rated reviews complaining about the noise of the fans, and it's as simple as setting a curve in the bios to control the noise, which to be honest, is not as loud as some said. The funniest comment was from some fool who installed the block support backwards and said the cooler didn't fit on AM4/AM5 platform... made my day :DFor the price, it is unbeatable.PROS:- Quality overall- Easy to installCONS:- To much cables; it would be really nice if Thermalright started to use daisy chain fans
5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing value beginner AIO
I've never had water cooling or an AIO before. I got this one based on the Tom's hardware review and the great price point. The braided hoses are a little stiff and makes placing the cooling block a little tricky, but otherwise the installation is pretty straightforward and easy on AM4.Performance is great out of the box. Definitely runs cooler and quieter than the heatsink I was using before. After dialing in my fan and pump curves, I have it running very quietly around low to mid 40s celsius when gaming. I'm sure I could lower temps under load, but the fans would have to run harder and louder and I've found a good balance of performance to noise. The included fans are great. Nice and quiet and the ARGB looks great. We'll see how the quality and longevity is, but pretty impressed so far.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good performance, very easy installation
Ever since upgrading the CPU to an i7 13700K, I have been changing CPU cooler to tame the temperature. This water cooler replaced a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120, which was doing quite well for an air cooler. The peak temperature under heavy load (Topaz AI, LrC, PS) was in the low to mid 90's, which is well below the max of 100C. But I want even lower temperature. So I have been casually looking for an AIO. While I could have just bought a top of line and expensive model, being a cheap guy always looking for the best but cheap solution, I was fortunate enough to come across this particular AIO. It easily passes the price check. The next consideration was installation. Not having any experience in installing AIO, I spent a considerable amount of time looking up installation procedure. I am happy to report that installing this AIO was extremely easy. Part of the reason was that I was replace a Thermalright for another Thermalright, so I did not have to replace the back panel. I spent a little time to find the best orientation and tubing arrangement. Other than that, installation was simple, much easier than installing the Peerless Assassin. So far, performance was good, not exceptional. Peak temperature dropped to high 70s and low 80s. May be I am expecting too much.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good cooler for the money
It's a good cooler, does the job. But I'm giving it just 4 stars. I was considering returning it because the fans rattle and is the loudest thing in my computer. The first week after building my computer, they were super quiet and I was very happy. I've already installed it in my computer, so I am going to keep it. Definitely could be quieter. They probably aren't seated correctly in their bearings.Otherwise, this is a very good cooler for the money. Honestly for $60, it's not bad. It was super easy to install, not confusing at all. I like the RGB, pretty colors, man!I'm going to take it apart in a the coming weeks (June 2024) and rebuild it to see if that fixes it, otherwise I'd search for another cooler if you want some real peace and quiet.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great budget option!
Had bad luck with a corsair aio, decided to just go budget and I'm loving this. You can definitely hear noise but nothing loud & my studio mic hasn't caught anything in the background.Build quality is solid for the price. I've definitely felt heavier aios, although this thermalright aio doesn't lack. Installation is a little difficult at first with only two hands. I've installed other aio easier, no problems in the end though.
5.0 out of 5 stars Best Value and Best 360 AIO under $60
I've been hearing a lot of great things about Thermalright and I can say I'm not disappointed with my decision to go with this AIO. I was between mind about it and the cooler master 240 as I had a cooler master case but finally went with Thermalright. My 12700kf sits calm and cool under 50 degrees which is great. The out of box experience and the instructions were pretty straightforward and the installation was a breeze. Definitely buying more Thermalright products and I believe this AIO is the best value for money. No noise at all and the argb makes my new PC build beautiful!
5.0 out of 5 stars Great look, great price
Install was easy and straight forward, I love the way it looks and performs
5.0 out of 5 stars Great cooler for the price.
Noise level is very nice I can barely hear it. Looks awesome with the different colors. Cools my GPU really well. Better than I expected.
