5.0 out of 5 stars Really good
I have one in my shop around 200 feet away! The other in the house! The shop is steel and the house is log, you would think that make it difficult for a Signal to penetrate? These little guys have no trouble whatsoever. I’m impressed with them. I’m going to recommend them to my brother for his needs.
4.0 out of 5 stars Ok product

Difficult to get working not plug and play.
3.0 out of 5 stars Only one unit works correctly!
I have always thought having a wireless intercom would make life easier for my business:I set this up initially and all worked well: They communicated flawlessly with no feedback. For some odd reason, after unplugging one of them and plugging back in, it does not want to work correctly! The auto answer will not work and only one of them will call or dial the other. The other unit will work on the receiving end but will not work on initiating a call.So disappointed!
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy set up and use.
Worked fine right out of the box. Simply follow simple instructions and talk.
4.0 out of 5 stars Well made, good instructions, expandable, but the sound could be better and clearer.
•Overall Impression:-It's a good value for a set of well made, nice quality, expandable set of intercoms.-But the sound quality could be clearer and better than it is. It's okay, but not great. I found that there was a lot of static in the background. You could hear but it was like using a very old walkie talkee. I would have expected it to be better and clearer than it was. It's usable and you can hear each other, but you can hear static too. It’s usable but it’s not the clearest or best sound.• Pros-what I liked and what worked well:-Good value overall for the set.-One variation comes with 2 intercoms, another one has 4 intercoms. (My variation was the 2 intercom set. You have to choose which one you want the 2 or 4 intercom set.)-Use a standard electrical plug in, that's included. They are not battery powered or rechargeable. Note that they must be plugged in to work, they are not portable or rechargeable.-You can ring whichever room or device you want and call it and speak to that device.-9 channels available (1-9) (Note: You must assign each intercom a number 1-9 during setup.)-2 codes (A & B) (Note: All intercoms must be on A or B to work together, both on the same letter. Do not set 1 to A and the other to B, both must be set to A or B.)-Expandable to use up to 9 total units (you must buy and add your own that are compatible) to the set.-No wi-fi set up required, no wiring required. They work like traditional wireless walkee talkee style intercoms.-The room ring feature rings loud and clear and is easy to hear.-Instructions included. (Also refer to the listing pictures, they are also helpful in setup.)-Has no unpleasant scent to it.• Cons-what I didn’t like and what didn’t work well:-The sound quality was okay but not quite as good as I would have expected. You can hear each other, but there's a lot of background static as well. It's like using a very old walkee talkee. It's usable and you can hear and understand each other but the sound is okay, not great. I would have expected better sound overall. But for the value, it’s still a good set overall.-Not the most intuitive to use or set up. You will really need to read and pay attention to the instructions. I ended up making my own shortcut stickers and putting them on the devices as reminders to make sure everyone remembered how to use them and which buttons to push for each intercom and how to connect. I highly suggest doing this as it will be easier to use if you can quickly see shortcuts. I just used a standard file folder sticker of my own and wrote out the instructions for quick use.• Tips & Thoughts:-You can not just plug these in and expect them to work, I tried and it did not work at all. You must set them up and assign each intercom a number 1-9. The instructions explain how to do this. But be sure all intercoms you want on your system are also set to the same letter (A or B) (do not change the letters or they won't connect).-You have to press the number for the intercom you want to call it, and you have to have already assigned each intercom it’s own number before this. It's not just press the green button to talk (you do to answer), you have to call the room or intercom you want first.-There are a lot of options and features, but you'll really need to read the instructions to get the most out of it and best use. It's just not one that's that intuitive until you learn how to use it.-Note that they aren't small. They're about the size of a larger desktop calculator or older style answering machine. Look at the pictures for size reference. They're a lot larger than you think they're going to be, so be sure you have the desk or area space for them.
