I was looking to purchase a high end flosser but opted not too and started looking on Bolo. I knew what I wanted or at least had an ideal. So this one is my very first one it is great it has good water presser. I've tried all the setting but I like strong. My dentist did tell me to make sure I get one with different setting so I don't injury myself. I understand why the press ain't no joke. The attachments work great as well. You when you need to go to the dentist for a clean when you start to get some build up forming. Well that's when I know I've been eating to much of the wrong thing. Or you can see stains on your teeth. Well I've been using this just over a week or so and my teeth are looking great. The build up is gone but I do use a whiting toothpaste to help with the coffee stains removal. This is a great buy for beginners that do not know what to expect. Use it everyday. No problems.

My original review is below. I am updating to 4stars and to say that as soon as I posted the original review (below), the company reached out to me and immediately refunded my original cost along with an apology. I really appreciate the customer service as it is so rare theses days. Although it is was an inconvenience to have to reach out so many times, they did make things right in the end without too much effort on my part!This product broke after 33 days. The tube inside split even though that part is never removed or even touched. I wasn't concerned since it came with a one year warranty. I reached out to the company through the customer service email on the card included in the package. Nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. Don't waste your time. There are so many other brands on Bolo, so try another one.

I like this water flosser, but it will easily break if you're not careful. The first time mine was dropped, one of the flossers broke on the inside of it. I was able to remove it. It was my favorite flosser, and the company did not offer a replacement; it was buying the whole thing or not. The parts are not offered separately. Secondly, the whole thing fell on the floor, and the bottom broke off. I tried to put it back on, but it wouldn't stay. I had to invest in buying another one, and it hadn't been two months since I bought the first one. Overall the product is great.
