5.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy and eye catching!
I like the functionality of these tripods. Folds down small and fits just about anywhere. ThisI tripod is so versatile and sturdy! Great value, worth every penny! I love the color, it’s just so smooth. Easy to setup and breakdown.
5.0 out of 5 stars rugged & heavy duty needs
after trying 3 other tripods considered selfie stick tripods comparable in height, all made incredibly cheaply or even on one case so dangerous i was cut immediately, THIS tripod sets them all apart!first this is not a selfie stock tripod, it's a proper photographer videographer tripod that can handle any weight you throw at it & has a hook to add more weight if you need it.it's built well, it's heavy duty & heavier than cheaply made tripods for sure but for what it does, it's lightweight yet doesn't feel that way when using it.the moving foot pedals alone! there are levels to check straightness & such, every possible adjustment one could need, comes with a carrying case & instructions. a cellphone holder adapter & extra shoe for cameras with screw holes.easy to unbox & set up, easy to use for anyone familiar with original tripods, safer so far too! there are plenty of other videos showing the product so I don't feel adding another is helpful.
5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome Tripod/Monopod
I was torn between getting my son a tripod or monpod for his binoculars. This tripod with a monopod cleverly stored in the center section was perfect. It feels sturdy when you lock the legs and so far it has performed well. It's not as robust as my Slick tripod, but it's a great value for the price. With a Vortex tripod adapter, the binoculars can be left in a fixed position.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent bang for your buck, sturdy and versatile tripod
The media could not be loaded. This thing is quite nice if you're looking for a tripod that can do a lot more than you expect. Sure you can use part of it as a trekking pole but the point of this is to have something that is sturdy yet light and adaptable to various environments and uses. This tripod does just that.My old tripod was much more simple with only telescoping legs at 1 level and it was time consuming to do. For this one you just flip the cover up and telescope up or down and lock it back into place. If you want to be more mobile and hands on, you can release the monopod and take a single pole with you. It's great for resting the pole on a nearby surface or fully telescope to account for standing. To see it in action, please see my video demonstration. It comes with a nice compact travel bag with shoulder strap. See picture.
4.0 out of 5 stars Very versatile, but not too sturdy
I personally have been using this tripod to film car shows and events outdoors. I love that the monopod is easy to remove and that it's also extendable, and I like both the quick release mechanic and the hook on the bottom, but I'm not a big fan of the actual arm for panning because it's so short yet the tripod can get so tall. I don't like how the knob that lets you lock the pan/sway isn't even all that helpful because once you use it, any slight movement can easily make the tripod head twist and come undone instead. I was really looking forward to this tripod because I wanted something to help me film videos with my new camcorder, so the ability to pan and tilt are a huge concern for me.For the most part, this is an awesome tripod for people who just want to focus on photography and are looking for something cheap yet functional and maneuverable. It's easy to carry around and set up, but I would suggest having something a little heavy to put on that bottom hook so it could be a little more stable. I also like to use the monopod as a stabilizer/handle whenever I'm walking off with it just for the extra comfort.
5.0 out of 5 stars Surprisingly nice
Keep in mind this was under $35. For the price, it's unbeatable. Compacts pretty small, extend to a good level. The monopod is a really cool function also! It is a bit heavy and most likely tiresome to jail around for long periods of time, but that's what you get at this price point. For a beginner photographer, this is perfect!!
5.0 out of 5 stars Great tripod for the money
This is a surprisingly sturdy tripod for the money. It is very stable with lots of head adjustments. The feet are flexible so that they are always sitting flat. The tripod has a good weight to it which would make it ideal for outside with wind. In addition it has a hook for an additional weight to increase stability. Although given the weight I wouldn't recommend for a travel tripod where you have to walk great distances. The head has a large number of adjustment knobs to obtain any angle you need. I really like that it allows you to go from portrait to landscape orientation with the turn of a knob. Also the head will unscrew and it easily becomes a monopod. It also comes with an extra quick release plate which is very nice in case you loose one or want one for more than one camera. It comes with a cell phone holder and carry bag as well. Everything fits in the bag. The cell phone holder is adjustable and will hold at least a Samsung S9+ size (see photo). The tripod has a handle that makes it easy to carry. I included a picture of the box with the specs for the tripod. It does come with directions although using it was easy to figure out if you have used tripods before. Finally, I have to add that I bought the blue one and love the color.
5.0 out of 5 stars Probably The Best Tripod On Amazon At Any Price
It's too bad that this tripod doesn't show up in the search results until the 3rd or 4th page of results, because it delivers so much at such a bargain price.Plus, it has a lot many nice surprises like a carrying case, a handle when the carrying case is not around, and a remote that works with your phone's camera regardless of whether or not the tripod is around.Best of all, has so many adjustments. The monopod stick is really long with four segments, and the tripod is really tall with four segments.Overall, this tripod has a lot more features than many of the tripods here that cost more. This is definitely one of my best purchases.
