It is hard to say how well I like it ,as this is not a product for a pain or headache. It is something To help your heart and I have only been useing it for about 3 weeks and there is nothing tangible that I can feel I only hope that it helps over time because I really have a broken cardio system. At least I can say I don't think it has hurt me. mand I will keep taking it in hopes for a miracle.

I know as we get older that our cells get lazy and decide to take more vacation days or retire all together, and this is speed up if you decide as a 51 year old crazy person like me, who cycles 6,000 miles per year, runs about 800 miles a year, and if that wasn't enough, well, sure yeah...what the heck... lets add weight lifting to the mix just so we can board Ozzy's "crazy" train and see where it goes. Well, apparently when you do this, the internal CEO of your body then determines to show you who is truly 'in charge', and orders all cellular production to be either eliminated or reduced in an effort for you to come to your senses. But you... as stubborn as you are, determines to show the internal CEO, that your not about to be bullied or governed by no lazy single cell executive who probably got the CEO position from his daddy, while hording all the Q10 enzymes for himself and his cronies. So what do you do? Yup, that's right, you decide to override the microscopic subordinate mall cop, hop on Bolo and get you some CoQ10 Coenzymes, AND get one with some Omega 3 and Vitamin E just for good measure to stick it to him. So, that's just what I did. and I started my own little cellular regeneration program, while bribing the heart with some Omega 3's and Vitamin E (because you ALWAYS need to be good to your heart...). After taking the CoQ10, I noticed my recovery days were a whole lot shorter, I felt better, and could rest assured knowing that I just gave a voice to all the cells in my body that they don't have to listen to some snobby executive handing out retirement packages, and keeping all the Q10 enzymes to himself. Nope... you just handed out all these precious Q10 enzymes to every single cell in your body like an unhinged government stimulus package. Yup that's right... every cell in your body is now celebrating like Clark Griswold finally getting his Christmas bonus! So if your an over the top, over aged athlete, then I would highly recommend these to you!! Because there is nothing like conquering the body, both inside and out!

Received my CoQ10 600 MG rapid release softgels today and I am not able to use them, or return them. I took the lid off of the jar, and all of the softgels are melted together, and wont even come out of the plastic container. There goes $22.00....This item is not eligible for return I am reading...guess I will cancel future orders of this product...

As a pill, no issues with the form. Dark bottle to block light, capsules were small enough to swallow and went down easily. As expected. Safety seal intact.As for potency or purity, I don't have a way to measure. There is no third party testing on this product that I could see. I wish there was, but not sure there are standards for CoQ10.I am taking these based on research, but anecdotally speaking, I did not experience any noticeable effects or benefits. I've heard of people with certain conditions having noticeable improvements, but I don't have those conditions to contend with, so I am taking these based on expected benefits. I would suggest consulting a doctor or professional as you evaluate your supplementation stack.

This brand Dr. Foster, is my go to source for getting my CoQ10 and PQQ. It is the best bang for the buck that I have found for both essential nutrients. The other ingredients are too little for me so I take them separately.
