After many long weeks of research, we decided on this Panasonic Unit. It was sold out many weeks in a row from Bolo and Direct from Panasonic. We can see why. It's simply a wonderful compact CD player. It looks sleek and nice, perfect size, easy to operate, has a very good and compact and cute remote control with nice large buttons and is legible, and above all, it just works great and sounds wonderful. Every CD we put in, whether made in USA or overseas, just works and loads fast. Very clear sound, really good bass and low end and good trebles, and all genres of music sound fantastic on it. Enjoying all our old CDs very much. Bluetooth works seamlessly and has very good volume. LCD panel very clear. And a huge bonus...it has a front headphone jack!!! That is an absolute must. We've seen many CD players now that don't have it and can't understand why wouldn't manufacturers include one? For listening when we don't want to disturb anyone during the day or at night, it's a standard must and we are very happy to see Panasonic included a headphone jack on this unit. It works great and is very clear. My only wish is that Panasonic had other color / finish options besides just pure Black. Like a warm cherry wood or white would have been really nice to fit different decors. But, all in all, fantastic unit. Very Happy with the unit.

20 years ago I had 3 Panasonic shelf system stereos in my home. Loved them. Downsized over the years & still have one with great sound, but the cd tray is starting to get stuck (after 20 years!) and there's no bluetooth connection. (Yes, I still enjoy some old cds.)So I replaced it with this one since Panasonic has such a great history with me.Super easy to hook up, took all of 5 minutes. Easy to operate, bluetooth connects fine. Sound is not as nice as my old unit, but it's close enough. Bass & treble are not bad at all , presets aren't that impressive which makes the separate bass/treble dials useful, and the volume is amazing. CD fidelity is better than the bluetooth & radio sounds ( they're somewhat muffled) ,which is a little disappointing. But at this price range the sound is very good.This looks nice and is also small so it can fit in many places & I hid this behind a chair and it fills the sun room & adjacent kitchen with sound nicely.I would have paid more for another Panasonic with better speakers, but couldn't find one anywhere. CD players are disappearing. This fits my needs for a small unit that plays FM, cds, and bluetooth with decent sound and bass at a decent price.

Nice compact stereo system with good sound quality. The all black design is a bit "blah" and the names on the controls are small and colored in way that make them difficult to read unless you're close to the unit. The controls on the handheld remote are musch easier to see. The handheld remote is a bit small for my liking being just 4" in length and 1 1/2" in width. The unit came with a good instruction manual that is pretty easy to read. I did have some trouble with the procedures for manually presetting radio stations but that may have been operator error. I'm very pleased with the product overall.

If a reasonable volume level is used, this product has excellent sound quality. Very surprised because of low cost. It is an attractive piece and requires very little space. The remote works well. All controls are easy to understand. I rate this product as a buy!

Been looking around for a bookshelf stereo system for a while now and sadly, the field seems fairly limited anymore. I didn’t want some plasticy ghetto blaster or blinky karaoke boombox looking monstrosity being a big old eyesore in my downsized living room. I eventually chose this Panasonic CD player/bluetooth/usb/FM stereo receiver for its simple, classy aesthetics. It fits perfectly on my bookshelf and has a pretty decent soundstage separation for its humble size. There are presets for different sound registers that can be tweaked even more with the bass and treble controls. It’s not a ten band graphic eq by any means but it’s not bad for making small clear adjustments. It’s a heavier unit so the volume seems to hold its own as well. Yes, I could have went with a slightly cheaper brand but Panasonic doesn’t mess around with quality. I’m happy I chose this brand for size and price point for sure.

For years I had extensive stereo units, complete with huge speakers. Eventually I downsized to a Bose Wave system, which was adequate for basic listening. Now looking to replace the Bose, I first bought the Aiwa all-in-one unit, with 30w speakers. Although certainly not bad, the overall sound quality just wasn't there. So I purchased this Panasonic 80w - what a difference!! The unit was extremely easy to set up in minutes, and the sound is amazing! The bass is rich and balanced and does not reverberate in the speakers like it did in the other unit (even at low volume). The instruments sound rich, and the vocals sound natural and come through clearly. There are bass and treble adjustments on the outside of the unit, as well as a volume knob and other basic controls, all which can be used without the included remote. The remote works very well, I just find it nice to have the option to make manual adjustments or pop out a CD without always digging for the remote. I love this small Panasonic, and will probably buy another one for my office upstairs.

Arrived on time and in good condition.
although we only had the Srerio system for a couple of weeks we are very happy with it. It is small but it has a big sound. We are very pleased with it.

Was very happy with the unit. Did everything I wanted and more. The sound is good, fm came in very clear with the antenna they supplied. Now we will see how long it lasts.

Replaced a Bose Musicwave
Our Bose Musicwave stopped working and Bose no longer offers repairs. Bought this as a replacement and we are really pleased with it's sound quality, features and compact size. A very nice replacement at a fraction of the cost of our original Bose Musicwave.
