    What I like about these cup is: the outside stays cool after filling it with the hot coffee from the pot or after heating coffee in the microwave; I noticed my coffee stays hotter for a longer in this cup compared to my other 10 oz. glass and ceramic mugs.What I don't like is: the inside opening of the cup handle is too big to get a good grip.I would like to see the handle designed narrower so I could grip the cup handle more securely with my index and middle fingers much closer or almost touching the cup. (The top to bottom inside length of the handle is fine.)This company did a great job in designing this double walled glass mug, except they should have put more thought in designing the handle.

    Very nice, perfect size for coffee and they're beautiful and light. Adds a touch of class to your brew. Might look for the next size up for tea. Thin glass, wouldn't want to drop one but that's what makes them elegant.

    Ordered a pair of these. Within a week or two, one of them developed a pinhole in the glass and now has condensation inside the double wall.Too cheap for me to bother taking it to my local Bolo return drop-off for a replacement. It'll likely just happen again.
