Surprised by the quality and fit of this jacket. Both zip and snap closures but would have appreciated top down bottom up zip for comfort in the car. Zip pockets a plus but no inside pockets like some other jackets. The color is a nice rust. Hood zips off but could have used draw string to close around the face, in windy conditions the hood does on. Overall I like the jacket.

Very nice jacket, BUT the hood doesn't have a drawstring and the sides of the hood jut out like wings over the shoulders: the hood is zipped to the collar only part way around and, with no drawstring, there's no way to pull the sides in so the whole hood acts like a wind scoop. These two problems were a barrier to my keeping this jacket.The jacket is medium weight and very well made for an inexpensive piece. It's not quilted with stitching but with small, heated dots that are themselves shiny, so the fabric is subtly decorated. I think the heat sealing will be durable with correct cleaning. The thick fleece lining is warm and soft. I like that the hood, though, is lined with the slippery black jacket fabric so it doesn't mess my hair as much as fleece. The cuffs are gathered with elastic but they're loose enough for gloves inside. The fabric is not noisy and the long length covers my bottom.I'm 5-9, 160 lbs. I liked the jacket very much but the two problems were insurmountable.

This coat fit the bill for a mid-weight coat for winter. I don't care for the fact that the hood doesn't have a way to close under the neck and that after only a few wearings one of the pockets has a hole in it. I don't carry things in my coat pocket, so I just stitched it up.

I love it! I have been looking for a coat that snaps, I think this will be a nice warm coat!!! It has everything I wanted in a coat!

Yikes. The two sides of the hood are different. Absolutely no way to keep hood on head: no ties, snaps, nada. It immediately slides right off. Coat has a faux "belt" and it's way up almost under breasts - looks just plain BAD. Material is creepy - makes a lot of noise AND looks like some kind of packing material. Very strange. Overall, very poorly designed garment.

I had to review this as I was nervous about buying it. I am a large and got the XL so I can wear bulky sweaters with it and it’s perfect! I love the material and the way it looks and feels on. Definitely buy!!
